Good location :)  You can enjoy the ocean view and has a lot of restaurants around there!

The price/quality ratio is satisfactory. The location is very convenient. If you take into account the fact that you swim and walk all day, and go to the motel at night and sleep. I highly recommend it. In general, we liked everything and were satisfied.

Nice location w restaurants around. Beach is at your door step. We booked the room with 2 king beds but when we entered the room, it was one king and one queen. Checked with the staff but they cannot do anything about it. Parking is limited. View from room was nice.

This place is a perfect place for those who want to stay close to the big beaches, but not on the big beach itself^^ The area is super quiet and the beach is a little bit deserted, but it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the central beach with all all the facilities. The owners met us with the drip coffee bags with a password, we didn’t really see them all this time, which is perfect for introverts too 🙌 We especially enjoyed our breakfasts outside at the terrace, and the food was exceptional, thank you so much for preparing those kimpabs and hot sandwiches 💛 They also had towels and you could use as many as you wanted (one towel per day I guess?) The only thing that was disappointing was the absence of the elevator (we had to carry our suitcases to the 4th floor), but it was the only inconvenience, so it did not really ruin the whole experience!! 🙌🥹👌 There weren’t that many people living on our floor, so it was not that noisy (maybe take some earplugs for the night tho?)

It's right in front of the sea, so I can sit in the room and watch the view without having to go outside. It's also convenient for taking a walk. The room is clean and I really like it. I want to come back again next time I travel to Gangneung.

The facilities are not good as the price is good.. ㅎ The location was good because it was within walking distance of the downtown area near Gangwon University, and it's a bit like there is no elevator. Don't expect room cleanliness and soundproofing. It's a good place to sleep cheaply.

This hotel is a great choice for anyone seeking a pleasant and well-situated accommodation.

I chose the cheapest twin-bedded room, and it was spacious since it was two twin mattresses on a platform bed that could be pushed together. The mattress was comfortable. The bedding and towels were clean, and there was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a capsule coffee machine with two capsules, an electric kettle, a water dispenser, and an induction cooktop (though I didn't use it). There's a microwave in the common area on the first floor and a connected convenience store. The staff were friendly, and it's near the express bus terminal. The 8-point location score is because I thought it would be closer to Dongmyeong Port when I booked, but it's a bit of a distance, about a 7,000 KRW taxi ride. Oh, one thing! If you close the patio door completely, no one from the outside can get in, which is great for security, but on the flip side, you might also get locked out of your room. So, when you go out to the patio, be sure *not* to close the door all the way. I went out for coffee on the terrace and accidentally closed the door completely, and then I couldn't get back in!

The hotel is easily accessible from the Gangneung express bus and KTX station, and it's also easy to get to the sea from the hotel, making it a very convenient location. The room was clean, I could watch Netflix, and it was cleaned daily. There was even a bathtub, which was very relaxing. For the price, the service was excellent. There's also a famous kalguksu restaurant nearby.
