Beautiful, fully-equipped and recently renovated, two-bedroom, 1700-square-foot, duplex condominium in Saint Croix, the largest and most varied of the US Virgin Islands.The condominium is in great condition, but the most stunning feature is the unobstructed view from its living room and outside balcony: the town of Christiansted one mile down an undeveloped hillside, waves breaking over the coral reefs offshore, and an expanse of water ranging in color from turquoise to deep blue. Buck Island and its white beaches can be seen to the east, and, on the frequently clear days, so can Saint John and the British Virgin Islands, some 40 miles across the Caribbean to the north. Sailboats bob in the harbor and every hour throughout the day seaplanes can be seen taking off for the 20-minute flight to Saint Thomas.In addition to a colorful, fully-stocked kitchen, the unit includes a dining room, living room, and half bathroom on the upper floor, and two bedrooms - one of them a very big master with a separate vanity area - two full baths and an open air atrium on the lower level.
