"The most advanced hotel on Hvar Island, the room size is moderate, the sea view room is facing the port, you can watch the boats come and go. There are many restaurants next to the hotel, but it is still very quiet at night. Turn right out of the hotel gate, there are several net red restaurants, there is also a path to the mountaintop castle, there is a small supermarket 3 minutes walk next to the hotel, life function is convenient The boat is docked, the hotel will arrange a shuttle bus to assist with luggage, and the boat will find the hotel staff with the hotel brand."

"I had originally booked at Hotel Ambassador, but was informed just before my trip that it would not be open on the day. With the support of the Trip.com staff, I ended up staying at this hotel. There was a price difference, but Trip.com covered it. The hotel was in the off-season and there were not many guests, so although I had booked a double room, I was upgraded free of charge and stayed in a suite. The ocean view room had a great view from the balcony. It is a little far from the city center (about 3km) and a little inconvenient for sightseeing, but the hotel itself was clean and the hotel staff were nice. The breakfast was also luxurious and satisfying."

This room has two windows, one is in the bedroom and this one is on your picture, Second window is In living room and has a direct sea view, no wall view. - This is not a sea view. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night. 3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day. - it was explained after check out. I advise you inform guests prior to check in. 4. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well. - I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering. Thank you for taking the time to reply but I find your reply totally inadequate and inaccurate."

"Best location for visiting the old town. Delicious breakfast and an amazing view from the pool. Would highly recommend rooms with sea view. Bed is comfortable and rooms are big enough. Would also highly recommend to ask for a higher level room, view is impressive when you wake up in the morning."

"Hotel was very nice, pools rooms are fantastic, has a great view. Altough gym was not good they have only smith machine no other equipments, its hardly called a gym and the hotel restaurant is overpriced so we ate another restaurant in the solin which is nice. Other than that hotel was super nice, stuff is very kind and welcoming. we have a pleasant stay."

"This is definitely the highlight of our trip to Croatia. Everything has been absolutely wonderful here. Amazing people, view, food, facilities... They've got a heated swimming pool outside though I didn't get a chance to try. If we had the chance we would have stayed longer."
