5-Star Hotels in Aichi Prefecture, Japan

The room is decently sized with a comfortable bed, and the friendly staff and convenient location made our stay great. However, do note that there are no baby amenities (e.g. baby toothbrush, baby shower gel, sponge, etc) provided. Also, for drivers, the parking lot closes at 10 PM, so you’ll need to be back by then. Since we were traveling with a toddler, the early closing time didn't bother us.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway station, or a 1600 yen taxi ride from JR Nagoya. Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well-maintained. There's a drugstore and three convenience stores right downstairs, which is super convenient. It's also just a 10-15 minute walk to the shopping district, where you'll find Mitsukoshi, Matsuya, Parco, and other major brands all on the same street.

Reliable wellness night. I choose this hotel because i want a good sleep before long transit next day, and it is exactly what i want. Good sleep, room clean, bed is comfy and have space enough for lay my 2 big lugguages. High floor with very Nice city view, good location walk easily to meitetsu station for chubu airport train. The public bath has very good decoration, smooth and relaxing. All staffs are helpful, the reception staff i've met she explain very clear for all amenity of hotel. The hotel location is near the fish market of nagoya, which we found good sashimi restaurant. And just walk only less than 5 minutes you can access to the unimall, underground mall with lots of local store, which for me it is very convenient for last tax free shopping.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, meeting Marriott's standards. However, the service was quite mediocre, and the breakfast was truly unremarkable. I'd personally recommend booking without breakfast, as there are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. I had breakfast three times, and it was the same every day – limited variety and very average taste. The service was also just okay. I even left my hat behind when checking out, and no one bothered to call and ask about it, which definitely didn't meet my expectations for a five-star hotel.

My stay at ESPACIO Nagoya Castle left a lasting impression, primarily due to the incredibly attentive and professional staff! From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. As foreign guests, we truly felt at home, thanks to their fluent English and Chinese, along with their thoughtful guidance. The hotel's interior is elegantly decorated, exuding an artistic ambiance. Whether in the lobby, restaurant, hot spring, or when staff were explaining room facilities, everyone always had a smile and readily attended to guests' needs. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Nagoya Castle, offering a peaceful environment, though finding dining options on the street at night can be a bit challenging. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the food quality was remarkably high! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its 100% service and museum-like artistic atmosphere. While it's on the pricier side, it absolutely delivers an unforgettable experience! A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Nagoya!

This was by far the most stunning hotel of our trip! As soon as we entered the lobby, we were captivated by the panoramic views of Inuyama Castle, and the surrounding scenery was perfectly integrated. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-designed, with every room offering a fantastic view. We were provided with three sets of sleepwear and yukata, which added a wonderful touch of ceremony – I especially loved the pure linen yukata! The Uraku-en Garden was exquisite; walking through it on a rainy day felt like stepping back into ancient times, truly moving.

This is more like a service apartment. The room has a stove and even a washing machine, which takes up space in an already small room. The living area feels a bit cramped, with the large bed almost facing the TV directly. The view outside the window isn't great, and I'm not sure if that's because I booked through Trip.com. On the positive side, the VIP lounge on the 18th floor is excellent, with good food and service.

Located inside the station, very good. No chance to control My own room temperature is something that i m somewhat now satisfying. Got a window that cannot open. Good for viewing, but, cannot open the let the cold winds flow into my room. Yet, hotel air-con is centralised. It means the hotel management decided if today is cold or not. U DON get to decided. Check out photos below as proof. They send in an extra one fan for me, since I complained not cold enough. Photo shown. Other than the temperature, all is good. Many convinient store around. That I know of, Family, 7, lawson. Even McD is not far Supermarket and a small food court is also inside/atttach with toyohashi station. Big table, good. Room space.. . Not quite remembered if I leave my luggage open or not. But, judging from the photo, I must close it after done with my luggage. ( my trip have multiple hotel) Not bad for a big window for night view 2.

This was my first stay at the Hilton Nagoya. It's about a 1000 yen taxi ride from Nagoya Station, so the location is pretty good. If you're using public transport, there are bus options, but the subway station is a bit of a walk. The room was spacious and well-maintained. I accidentally left something behind, and after emailing them, the hotel successfully sent it to my next hotel, which I really appreciate. A big thank you to Imai from housekeeping! The 'magic hotline' answered immediately, and the overall service was great – definitely good value for money. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't very good, so if the neighbors are noisy, it can be hard to sleep.

The lobby design was an unexpected delight, with a stylish blend of wood and metal elements creating an industrial yet relaxed vibe. With a bar and a pool table, I honestly thought it could pass for a Moxy – a refreshing departure from the usual stuffiness of traditional business hotels. As a Titanium member, I was upgraded to a large room, which was incredibly spacious compared to typical Japanese hotels. The bathroom was well-designed with a separate wet and dry area, and the Four Points' comfortable bedding had me asleep in no time. Pulling back the curtains to reveal a serene sea view was a rare and wonderful treat for an airport hotel! Breakfast deserves a special mention! The buffet at Evolution restaurant was laid out like a mini food market. Steaming hot miso soup, fresh sashimi, grilled fish, and natto rice were perfect for satisfying a 'Japanese palate,' while the Western station offered croissants that were perfectly crispy and flaky. Even the fruit was neatly cut and arranged in ice bowls. Enjoying such a rich and exquisite meal before a connecting flight was truly a treat and completely revitalizing!
