"An experience that exceeded expectations! If you're looking for a safe, worry-free, great-value seaside staycation just steps from the beach, I would recommend this place to everyone. 1. Service: Absolutely Fantastic I have to say the service at this hotel is truly impressive. All the staff are well-trained, almost everyone greets you with a warm, friendly smile and frequently asks if you need any help. You never feel neglected here. Any request you make is promptly attended to. In the restaurant, table-clearing is extremely efficient, and our table was always kept spotless. I was amazed by the quality and efficiency of their service — this is the best service I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive hotel in this price range. 2. Room: Clean and Comfortable The room is well-equipped, with air conditioning, a hairdryer, toiletries, a fridge (with complimentary soft drinks), and a safe. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard, offering a lovely view. The mattress was very comfortable, and daily housekeeping was thorough and spotless. The only minor flaw was that the bath towels were a little worn, though they were clean. 3. Hotel Facilities: Great, with Plenty of Pools The hotel sits on an elevated platform with sweeping views overlooking the beach. There’s direct access to the beach, guarded by security staff, which made us feel very safe. There are so many pools! Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas are available, and the poolside bar serves drinks and cocktails. Activities like water polo are organized daily — something that will make water lovers very happy. 4. Dining: Very Rich Selection, Mostly Western Cuisine The hotel has three restaurants — an international restaurant, an Italian restaurant, and Azha, a Moroccan speciality restaurant. The bakery bar is almost open 24 hours, so even if you're jet-lagged and wake up at 11 pm, you won’t go hungry. Food preferences are, of course, personal. For us, although there weren’t many dishes tailored to an Asian palate, we were still able to find things we really enjoyed. A special highlight — we were lucky to book the Moroccan restaurant with help from the staff. There was live oud music, very distinctive starters (Moroccan soup, appetizers), a main course (tagine), desserts, and an amazing flaming coffee (which was seriously cool). The staff introduced each dish in detail, and we had a wonderful dining experience. The only small drawback was that the portions were a bit too generous for two Asian women; we felt sorry we had to leave some food behind because we were simply too full. 5. Activities: A Few Options, Though More Could Be Added The hotel’s activities mainly revolve around daytime pool parties and evening shows at the sports club. The dancers in the evening show were incredibly engaging, and they invited guests to dance at the end — my mum and I really loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately, due to limited time, I couldn’t try out more activities, which was a bit of a shame. Overall, this was an incredibly relaxing staycation, perfect for travellers who value safety, comfort, and great value. Once again, heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff — your warm smiles and friendliness made my mum and I feel so at home during our four wonderful days here. We truly felt the warmth and comfort of home."

"Excellent experience. Beautiful establishment. Services and staff are at small care every moment. The room was spacious (we were overclassified). A beautiful view of the sea and the bay. The buffets are huge and good. Animations and music would be a more to spend good times."

"The room was spacious with a stunning ocean view. The service was exceptionally attentive and thoughtful. Front desk staff Isha, breakfast server Ussama, Padel servers Adil and Salwa, and Tapa manager Yannis all provided us with invaluable assistance!"

"The staff members were so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Azedine, who was helping me to organize surf lessons or also trips to Marrakech or finding opportunity to participate on cooking lessons. The location of the hotel is perfect for people, who want to stay just at the hotel, as you are directly at the beach. Most of the guests were either families or older people. If you want to walk to Taghazout it is possible, but it takes around 45 minutes. The pools are not heated, which made them not so enjoyable as the water really gets cold. The breakfast has a lot of variety to offer, but it gets very crowded and at some point the food is not refilled. The rooms were spacious and clean. What I did not like so much is that the live music, which is offered mostly every night is playing either Spanish or Latin American Music. It doesn’t feel authentic to come to Morocco for this. I rather would like to listening to Moroccan Music there. But in general the hotel is nice with nice staff members."

"Had a good stay at the Sofitel Agadir. The service was excellent and the cleanliness was spot on. The location is lovely with beautiful views of the pool and the ocean. However, the hotel could do with a renovation to match its standing. It's also a shame that the rooms don't have balconies, especially with such a great view."

"Beautiful location. Perfect welcome. Lack of organization. (Review the welcome fruit basket, barely ripe fruit. Very good macaron). Very average breakfast buffet despite a wide selection. Expensive hotel for the service. The village of Taghazout is easily accessible on foot. A corner of paradise. I don't understand why they charge 15 dirhams to enter/exit the hotel parking lot!"

"這次入住真的讓我心裏畫了一個很大的問號。 説不上差到不能住，但也絕對談不上一次舒服的度假體驗。 環境本身是不錯的，風景挺好，看得到很多奇奇怪怪但很有特色的非洲樹木。海灘上的工作人員也都比較友好，和他們相處是輕鬆的，衹是他們也一再強調自己並不屬於酒店。 酒店本身的服務衹能説一般，態度不算差，但也完全沒有讓人覺得被好好對待或者被照顧到。 最讓人失望的是吃的。 真的很難吃。 不管是哪家餐廳，菜看起來都很好看，但吃到嘴裏的味道完全跟外表不成正比，有些甚至讓人懷疑是不是調味出了問題。更無語的是，有幾家餐廳預約非常難，每天衹接待很少的客人，我們住了五天都沒約上想去的餐廳，最後乾脆放棄。 最離譜的一次是，好不容易約到了一家牛排館，結果到了之後被告知因為我們“換過房間”，所以不能進餐廳，這個理由真的讓人震驚，也很難理解。 唯一讓我在吃這件事上有好感的，居然是餐廳裏切好的橙子，那是真的好吃。 總體來説，價格確實不算貴，但體驗也就停留在這個價位。有優點，也有不少讓人困惑甚至無語的地方。如果對餐飲和服務有期待，可能會失望；如果衹是圖便宜、看看風景，那還能接受。"

"Check-in is at 3 PM, we arrived at 2 PM, and the room wasn't ready until 5:30 PM. Check-in was a bit slow, the room was damp and had a musty smell, the toilet paper was very thin, and the soundproofing was terrible. Breakfast had a wide variety of options."

"Expérience mitigée: tres bel établissement, qualité du service impeccable, qualité de literie nickel. Seulement pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, il y a des choses à dire: 1)Buffet du petit déjeuner pas mal mais pas digne d'un 5 étoiles surtout pour la partie salée ( très peu de choix de Charcuterie et fromage pourtant au Maroc ce n'est pas ce qui manque) idem le Maroc regorge de produits de qualité et de saison qui ont manqué au buffet (avocat, fraises....) 2) musique forte dans le couloir devant la chambre dès 7h du matin, ce qui me réveillait et malgré la plainte à la réception, rien n'a été fait. 3) Si vous avez le malheur de vous plaindre pour des dysfonctionnements, les responsables perdent vite leur sourire et deviennent très nonchalants, ce qui est un manque de professionnalisme"
