The architect of the hotel itself is really nice and beautiful. The interior design is very trendy and luxurious. Appreciate the complimentary activities provided by the hotel. We have tried the Thai boxing and the pilates class.

How do I start? Hmm, okay... The resort was superb! Im a person that will look into reviews comment about specific hotel. So I choose Mandarava since I read a lot of positive review about this resort! It was my superb time at here! The staff was friendly and kind! I love their foooodddd it was so damn nice and super fast!!! 💕💕💕😍😍😍 but the thing that need to be improvise is communication. I was a bit dissappointed when I have to bear the trouble becuase of their miscommunication between hotel and trips.com agency. But nevertheless I enjoyed my time here!

What a fantastic stay we had!!! Such lovely staff, the food (vegetarian options) was brilliant and the rooms were outstanding with all details thought of. I am so glad I booked here and I’ll definitely come again. Special thanks to Angie from the nail salon for the awesome nail salon treatment.

I recently stayed at Dinso Resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff with delicious ice cream and refreshing hot towels — a lovely gesture that made us feel immediately at home. We had booked a two-bedroom apartment with a garden view, and it was perfect for our group. The view was truly breathtaking, both during the day and at night. I highly recommend this room for families or groups of 3 to 4 people, as it offers plenty of space and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast at the resort was another highlight. It was varied, delicious, and thoughtfully arranged, with clear labeling of halal and non-halal options, which we really appreciated. The staff were always polite, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed — their hospitality added so much to the overall experience. This stay was truly exceptional, and I would definitely return to Dinso Resort in the future. Highly recommended!

We booked a garden view room, under the assumption that it would be at the beach front hotel (just looking to the garden rather than the beach). But once we arrived, we were told that our room was actually on the other building, which is not beach front (in has a street in between). They should clearly state this in the booking details. Overall the amenities are very nice, but everything on the building that is on the beach front is better (even the breakfast). I think that it is misleading that they don’t clearly state that there are two different buildings, I think would have otherwise chosen another hotel.

Here’s the revised, more casual English version: We had an amazing four days at The Shore at Katathani! The location is perfect—peaceful and private, yet only about a 15-minute drive to Kata Beach. A big thank you to the team for arranging such a beautiful pool villa for us. It was incredible to just lounge in the pool and watch the sunset every evening—it felt like a dream! The breakfast was another highlight. You can order freshly made Thai dishes like rice and noodles, which were super tasty, and having breakfast surrounded by the sea breeze and coconut trees was so relaxing. Even though the weather was cloudy half the time, the fantastic service totally made up for it. Every staff member was so friendly and always smiling. Special shoutout to Noah at the front desk—he was a lifesaver! Our flight schedule was a mess, but he somehow managed to arrange a late check-out for us even though the hotel was fully booked. There was also a small issue with turndown service one night, but Noah handled it quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. We also want to thank Apple from the Harbor restaurant—her service was outstanding and left a lasting impression. And of course, a big thanks to all the bell boys, who were always so helpful and quick to respond to any request. This hotel made me fall in love with Phuket. It’s the perfect spot for couples, and I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends!

Hotel location was central enough and easy to get to places. The issue generally is Phuket traffic due to the one way coastal road through Patong. The hotel itself is split into two parts- hill side and beach side. The former has pool villas which we stayed in. Still accessible through buggy and a nice graffiti filled tunnel showing Phuket! Kamala Beach is picturesque and not to be missed. It’s a public-private beach so it is accessible to the more local offerings at the other end of the beach if Cafe del Mar and beach clubs aren’t your cup of tea. We were lucky to catch two horses going up and down the beach. The general landscape/ maintenance is cared for. We had issues with the room but the butler managed to take care of it immediately. Food itself was average in my opinion. The offerings were smaller than what we were used to. As we needed halal food, the options became even smaller in the morning. Notwithstanding that, hotel was clean and comfortable. Loved the architecture and activities they offer twice a day to just stay healthy (power walk, beach football, paddle tennis, as example). Our 9 year old daughter loved the kids’ club, but I think it’s more ideal for children under 9.

I booked this for my girlfriend and she has the best moment ! The rooms were huge , the food was amazing . The breakfast was fantastic! Next time I will travel with her

This was our second time at Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket (we first stayed here in 2019), and it felt like coming home to paradise. The direct access to the nearly private beach is unbeatable—it’s one of the very few resorts in Phuket where you can walk straight from the hotel to the sand without crossing any roads. It makes such a difference, especially when you’re traveling with kids. Speaking of kids, the Kids’ Club deserves a special mention. Our little one loved every moment there, and the nannies were so caring and professional. It gave us the chance to relax by the pools, which are fantastic! The lazy river, in particular, is a family favorite—so much fun yet so calming. The food? Amazing! There’s something for everyone, and it’s all fresh and flavorful. We treated ourselves to room service one evening and were blown away by how good the pizza was—honestly, one of the best we’ve ever had. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches everywhere. Having elevators made it super convenient to get around, even with a stroller. Whether you’re traveling with kids or just looking for a peaceful getaway, Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket is the perfect place. We’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket—you won’t regret it!

i had a pleasant experience staying at lalynn! this hotel is very new so everything was clean. room was spacious and comfortable. bed was abit hard and the sheets were scratchy :( location wise, not the best. 20mins away from the nearest beach (bangtao or nai yang). they have a shuttle bus but timings aren’t the best and it’s every 3h… wish the shuttle was more frequent because the earliest timing at 11am is kinda late to go to the beach, it’s hot by then. service was great. they even celebrated my birthday for me as this was a bday trip note: the AC turns off automatically when it detects that there’s nobody in the room so u have to endure the stuffiness of the room when u come back :/ free breakfast - congee was yummy, the other food was meh. pls change to REAL butter instead of margarine for ur toast pool needs to be cleaned - lots of leaves sunk at the bottom of the pool. overall a great stay! 4.5/5, they just need to work on the shuttle frequency. esp if you want a beachside holiday, then this hotel isn’t the most ideal. surroundings also have nothing; except for two supermarkets.
