The hotel facilities are very new and the rooms are great. My only complaint is the small pool. The location, however, is a huge, huge, HUGE downside. There are no convenience stores or laundromats nearby, and you need a taxi to get anywhere. Taxis in Phuket are incredibly expensive, almost comparable to prices in the UK. I'd strongly advise against staying here unless you plan to rent a car or essentially stay at the hotel the entire time. Items at the hotel are very overpriced. I recommend eating at the restaurant across the street. For groceries and other necessities, it's best to buy them before returning to the hotel or arrange for delivery.

The hotel is advertised as having a gourmet restaurant, but in my opinion the food did not quite meet gourmet standards. That said, we booked a sea-facing unit and the view was absolutely magnificent — very peaceful and calming. Kamala Beach in general is a quieter area, which we really appreciated. There is a shuttle service provided, but the timing is quite limited. Given the price guests pay for this hotel, it would be better to have more frequent shuttle services instead of fixed timings. That said, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the main street where there are many shops and restaurants, so it is still manageable. One issue we faced was that there was no clear sign or button in the room to indicate housekeeping service, and as a result, we ended up not having housekeeping during our stay. The phone line in the room also needs attention, as there was noticeable disturbance noise when calling reception. Overall, it is a nice place to stay with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere, but there are some service and maintenance areas that management could improve further.

I had an amazing stay at Phuket Emerald Beach Resort — definitely a 5-star experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing holiday atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, and waking up to the lovely views each morning was a real highlight. The location of the resort is excellent — convenient yet peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The swimming pool area is stunning and great for both adults and kids to enjoy. The facilities are well-maintained, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. The food at the restaurant was also very good, with a wide variety of choices. Breakfast, in particular, was delicious and satisfying. Overall, everything from the service to the environment exceeded expectations. It was truly a memorable stay, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

I'm not sure why the ratings are so low. The breakfast spread was quite extensive, with everything you'd expect. I was also surprised that you could snorkel right in front of the hotel! Getting around the hotel grounds was always by golf cart, and the response times were generally good. I really can't find many faults. It's a large house, maybe 4 stories high. The lowest floor might have some quirks; I noticed my friend's room didn't have a coffee maker but did have a dehumidifier, which was different from ours. Other than that, there wasn't much to complain about. We weren't really planning on just lounging in the room anyway, and there's a free shuttle to Kamala.

Before checking in, I saw a lot of negative reviews, but after staying, I have to give it a full five-star rating and highly recommend it. Let me start with the downsides: there are basically no amenities within walking distance, so you have to take a taxi to go anywhere. Taxis in Phuket are really expensive; the hotel is 3 kilometers from Patong center, and a tuk-tuk costs 100 RMB. Now for the good points: first, the service absolutely deserves praise. We arrived at the hotel around 1 PM to check in, but the room wasn't ready until 2 PM. The hotel immediately offered each of us a complimentary drink from the restaurant as compensation. We actually checked in around 2:30 PM. After checking out, we left a small piece of luggage at the hotel. After contacting the front desk, they quickly located it for us, and they were very cooperative when we arranged for a Grab runner to pick it up. During our stay, the hotel did have a scheduled shuttle service (though not many runs) for 100 THB per person. I didn't pay close attention and thought it was going to Patong. After about 10 minutes on the road, I realized we were going in the wrong direction. When I asked the driver, I found out it was going to Kamala. The driver turned around and took us back to the hotel, and the hotel immediately refunded the fare. We booked two ocean-view king suites. The rooms were very spacious. When we booked, we specified two adults and one child for each room, and the hotel had already set up the extra beds without any additional charge. The balcony has a jacuzzi, which was well-maintained, fully functional, and very clean. The hotel has a private rocky beach. We snorkeled twice, and there were many fish, but the hotel doesn't provide life jackets, probably to discourage snorkeling due to safety risks. The breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular, but it wasn't crowded, so it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is connected to the popular 'The Reef' restaurant, which is very photogenic.

Kahvaltı çok çeşitli, bol ve çok lezzetli. Temizlik, Mükemmel. Hizmetliler hep güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Hemen saygılı bir şekilde selamlıyorlar sizi. Oda çok geniş, hemen odadan havuza dalıyorsunuz . Odanın önünde kendi Şezlonglarınız var. Plaj havlusu, yağmur veya güneş için şemsiyeleriniz bile var hatta sinek için mat bile var ve her gün tabletin yenisini koyuyorlar. Otelin her tarafı çok güzel tropikal çiçeklerle dolu. En çok ta taylandin meshur beyaz çiçeği (galiba lotus) ve orkideleri beğendim. Tayland tatilimin böyle çok yüksek kalitede başlamasından dolayı çok mutluyum. Teşekkürler Graceland Ailesi.

The pool water was very clean, and being on the 7th floor with no obstructions, the view was excellent. The room was super spacious and very clean, with all the sofas and chairs looking brand new. The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and even offered welcome drinks. The only downside was the breakfast. Although it's served until 10:30 AM, by a little past 9 AM, almost all the food trays were empty. There were only 2-3 trays with a small amount of food left. I walked around and couldn't find anything to eat, which was quite disappointing. Eventually, a staff member brought me a plate of stir-fried rice noodles, which at least filled me up. This was the first time in decades of traveling that I've encountered such a breakfast situation. We stayed for two nights, and the breakfast on the second day was only slightly better, still feeling like leftovers. It's also quite close to the King Power Duty-Free Shop.

Excellent place to stay with kids. There are quite a few pools and water parks, so hotel doesn't seem crowded and it is hard to get bored. There are plenty of shops around so there is actually no need to travel far. The beach is beautiful, however, we were there during the low season and didn't have a chance to enjoy swimming in the sea. The staff was nice and friendly. We had an issue with the room - I booked the quiet one with two beds, but they don't have such option in the wing where we were staying and my family was put in the room with the street view. Apart from loud noise from bikes at night, daytime was accompanied by the sounds from the nearby construction site and I spent first three days with the horrible headache because od the noise. However, the staff was helpful and the issue was resolved. If you need the quiet room, its better to reach the hotel in advance and make sure they have the appropriate rooms.

This hotel is by far the best one we have stayed at in Thailand. Hotel is not luxurious but in terms of cleanliness and friendly staff, it really deserves an applaud. It is located right on the highway and if you have booked the island tours, complimentary pickup is available. The pool is clean and kids friendly. They even allowed late checkout. 7-11 is also nearby about 10 minutes walking distance. A 7-11 kiosk is inside the hotel. Vegetarian lunch menu is also available with pav bhaji, stir fried vegetables and fried rice options. Really a great stay.
