When staying at Bright Richmond 2BR Comfort Stay, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore all that Richmond has to offer.

"The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it was very clean. The host was also very welcoming. It gets a lot of natural light, and the kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of supplies, including oil, salt, vinegar, and soy sauce. There's a Starbucks next door, and several Chinese restaurants downstairs. Richmond's largest mall is just a few minutes' walk away, and you can walk to the SkyTrain and take one train straight to downtown. Overall, it's very convenient and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is very clean and has good facilities. From the window, you can see the distant mountains and the beautiful scenery in the morning and evening. The coffee and light meals in the lobby downstairs, especially the freshly made French fries, seasoned with beer, were very crispy and delicious. I ordered several times in a row. In the end, the waiter gave me a big plate and said that if I couldn’t finish it, I could take it back to the room to eat. Eat slowly. An unforgettable northern town."

"The location is convenient! The service is excellent! Parking costs 30 yuan per day and requires leaving the car keys, but the service is great! The breakfast is simple but acceptable! However, it was disappointing: I had requested a room with a nice view in advance as it was for a birthday celebration, but I ended up with a low-floor room facing a construction site. The construction started at 7 AM, and the noise was quite unbearable!!!"

"This is our first night stay in Canada and it was amazing! The place sits in a very quiet neighbourhood and the room was very comfortable with a cozy bed. It is so amazingly clean. On top of that, the common area has everything we need from washer, dryer, coffee machine to microwave. It feels just like home! 😊 It is very quiet too, which we like it very much. Although, not much eateries around within walking distance but it was good enough We will definitely come again if we have a chance and also recommend it to our friends By the way, instructions on self check in/out was very clear, so everything is very smooth."

MMikki LizFirs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby. Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean. Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in. Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location. To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty. Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out. If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot.

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

GGuest UserBlack Rock Oceanfront is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Canada, It is upscale and luxurious. It is located within walking distance of the Trans Pacific hiking trail and the Lighthouse. It has a heated outdoor pool.and a hot tub overlooking the ocean, as well as a fitness room. There are two oceanfront restaurants. They offer the same menu. One is more formal while the other has a casual bar-like feel. The food is very good although pricey, like most places in Ucluelet and Tofino. Our room at the lodge was large. It had a spectacular view of Big Beach and the ocean from the balcony, which was large enough for more than 2 people to sit at. However, you could see and hear your neighbours enjoying their balconies too. There was a large, ultra-modern bathroom with a separate rainfall shower. There was also a 2-person bathtub located next to a covered glass window. If you uncover that window during daylight, you could see the ocean across the room and balcony. I prefer Ucluelet because it's quieter than Tofino, and would definitely stay at Black Rock Oceanfront again in a heartbeat.

TTek Jun TanWe stayed there for 3 nights, we got picked up from the airport for free, on level 3 departure. The shuttle runs approximately every half an hour. The room was on level 10. It's a modern and very clean room, that's what we like about. It's a little noisy sometimes from airplanes taking off, but it depends on the wind direction, sometimes we didn't get the noise. Capstan train station was the nearest to the hotel about 15 minutes walk. Price wise was reasonable for a Fourstar hotel, that's the reason why we liked this hotel.

SSusan PradjaWe are family of 4 stayed in Deluxe King Suite with Harbour View, very happy with the location of the hotel. The room is spacious, and they have Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle but they don’t provide any plates and spoons. We did groceries for breakfast and we needed spoons for yogurt and plates for fruits. There’re cherry blossoms trees and colorful chairs and many birds flying around just next to our hotel and we could see those beautiful view from our room. The parking garage is also spacious with easy access to the lobby. When we checked in, the reception staff told us that our booking was only for 2 adults and he wanted to charge us more for extra 2 kids but I showed him my booking is for 2 adults and 2 kids. He finally didn’t charge us more but they didn’t set up the sofa bed for our kids. And like others said, the sofa bed is not comfortable and too soft. We stayed with another friends (family of 3) and they gave us rooms in the same floor, and we hanged out everyday in our room especially when it rained whole day on the second day.

TTrish Hope BinghamThis was a nightmarish trip, 1st I had asked for a room on the highest floor possible, with a view of the Harbour, I am a photographer and made the trip to Victoria to get some great photos of the inner Harbour. I got a room on tenth floor overlooking the parking lot and side street. The windows were so dirty it was hard to see anything, in my eyes I was ripped off, I am not going to to stay at any Merriott hotels, at the time of my booking it said they had a buffet breakfast and when I arrived they told me there is no buffet breakfast just a restaurant on site, parking was said to be free self parking. I was charged $29.40 / night to self park my truck.
