The hotel is very well located, and it allows you not to take the car to go to a few courses or to the shopping centre. The staff is warm and serviceable (particularly the restaurant's room manager who was present at 31/01 in the morning). The breakfast is more than right ! The bedroom is very warm and the bathroom is warm ! The small bemol is a little heard of the room neighbors!

The room was very clean, and the heating was excellent, though perhaps a little too strong; I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat. There was a 24-hour supply of complimentary coffee, hot water, and tea. You could see the aurora borealis right from the hotel.

The hotel's location is great, and the rooms are generally clean. There's a supermarket right across the street, which is very convenient. However, the bedside lamp in my room was broken. The staff said they needed to wait for a repairman, but the next day they claimed they couldn't find one. They offered to move me to a downgraded standard room, which I, of course, refused. After that, there was no further follow-up. 😡 Also, too many tour groups stay here, so there was no seating available for breakfast, and I had to sit at the bar. 🙄
