"The location is fantastic, with the room's balcony facing the sea and offering stunning views! It's conveniently located near a tourist train stop. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also quite good, and the service was excellent! The only drawback was the lack of a kettle in the room. Photos: 1. Hotel front entrance; 2. Church next to the hotel; 3. "Beautiful hotel which was spotless clean. As an all inclusive booking the only access to food post 6pm was evening meal and felt missing access to snacks in the evening. Very relaxed and laid back setting where nothing was a rush. Maybe some.music in and arou d the pool.area during the day and access to more evening entertainment with games or alternative to jusy the band that were playing would have been good. Overall a pleasant stay and loved the room size and walk in shower"

"This place has polarizing reviews.. After going there, I understand why. The facilities and services are good. You can use the swimming pool, washer and dryer (performance is poor), sauna and spa for free, and although the building structure is unique (1st and 8th floor reception, 2 elevator transfers, etc.), it's okay if you get used to it. We couldn't find the way by taxi, so we climbed the hill with our suitcases, but the reception on the first floor is near the spar mart. They were friendly, but the air conditioner was broken so I called twice and they didn't come so I just gave up. This place is in the middle of the old town, so I actually made a reservation based on the location, but it's literally in the middle of the club street, so even if you're inside the accommodation, you'll be staying at the concert hall all night long. There's no soundproofing, so you have to enjoy it together until 5 a.m. The noise is another level, as foreign reviews say. I’m traveling around the world, but this place is really ambiguous haha. The breakfast isn’t bad, but it’s just ambiguous… . Personally, I think it would be less noisy and better if it wasn't just in this alley because it's Albupay!!"

"We are glad that we booked this hotel. The beach view was breathtaking and remarkable. Not to mention its excellent location where the old town cobbled street is just right in front of the hotel. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast where they offered great selections and indeed one of the best breakfasts we've tried in our Portugal trip. Hotel staff were mostly friendly, especially those in the restaurant, except for the housekeeping staff who refused to give us extra drinking water on the next morning even before we checked out."

"The hotel has many wonderful facilities such as 2 swimming pools and kiddie pool with many sun beds. A pedestrian walkway leading directly to the beautiful beach. Room are very spacious and I believe they are large than those of same level. The breakfast also much beyond than normal provides variety of food , especially freshly squeezed orange juice. The only drawback is that the shower gel and conditioner are of poor quality"
