"We had a wonderful stay at WelcomHotel by ITC Jim Corbett. The property is set in a peaceful location, away from the noise of the city, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. Our room offered beautiful views of the Kosi River and the surrounding hills, and waking up to that scenery every morning was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel is very well maintained, and you can see the care that goes into keeping the property in excellent condition. We'd especially like to thank the restaurant team—Vishal, Lipun, Pawan, Pankaj, Jaya, and Manoj with Mr Neeraj heading the team. They were always courteous, attentive, and welcoming, and their friendly service made every meal enjoyable. The Activity Centre in-charge and the pool staff were also excellent. They were approachable, helpful, and happy to assist whenever needed, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. It was also nice to see the hotel employing people from the local community. It's always encouraging when a property supports the local economy while giving guests a warm and authentic hospitality experience. Overall, we had a peaceful and memorable stay and left with some wonderful memories. We would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway close to nature, and we look forward to visiting again."

"During my stay at elphinstone inn, i was delighted to find my room both spacious and well-appointed. The generous space allowed for comfortable movement, and the tasteful decor added a touch of elegance to my experience. Moreover, the staff was incredibly generous and attentive, making me feel right at home. However, it was the breathtaking view from my window that truly stole the show. Gazing out, i was greeted by a picturesque landscape that seemed to stretch endlessly, with rolling hills and lush greenery as far as the eye could see. Each morning, i awoke to the soothing sight of nature's beauty, which made my stay at elphinstone inn truly unforgettable."

"Visit Date: 18-Dec-2025 What an amazing place! Avatara is located very close to the Maha Avatar Babaji caves, making it a perfect stay for spiritual seekers as well as nature lovers. The location itself is peaceful and offers breathtaking views. The rooms are amazing, well designed, and perfectly placed to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. Waking up to such an incredible view truly enhances the experience. Whole staff is extremely supportive, well trained, and knows exactly how to manage guests professionally. They serve delicious local food, which adds an authentic and homely touch to the stay. A special mention to the owner, Priyanshi ben, who is very friendly and welcoming by nature. Her warmth and personal involvement make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, everything about this place is top-notch — from hospitality and food to location and views. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Maha Avatar Babaji caves or looking for a peaceful and memorable stay."

"I first visited Kasar Rainbow Yoga Retreat two years ago, and it left a deep, lasting impact on me. Perhaps the credit goes to the serene, almost mystical vibe of Kasar Devi itself—beautifully blended with the retreat’s cosy, comfortable, and homely atmosphere. It’s a place that respects your privacy while still making you feel genuinely cared for. What truly sets this retreat apart is the warmth of the people. My interactions with the staff—Mr. Pandey, Mr. Puran, Mr. Shivraj, and especially the pillar of the place, Mr. Kamal—were always cordial and heartfelt. And of course, a special mention to its owner, Sarvajeet Singh Mehra, fondly known as Sabu, whose vision and presence give the retreat its soul. Since that first visit, Kasar Rainbow Yoga Retreat has become an annual ritual for me. I make it a point to spend at least a month here every year—to rejuvenate my soul, reconnect with myself, and truly centre my chi. Very few people are fortunate enough to find a place that resonates with them on such a deep level. I consider myself one of those lucky few. "Worth the money. Rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is 2.5-3 km from the temple. I booked a family room which was quite big with 2 double beds and a balcony. Washroom was big as well. They have inhouse restaurant and the food of the restaurant was very good. Price might seem a bit high but the quality is good."
