"First of all, thank you for the free upgrade. The views from both the bedroom and the living room were excellent, and the space was large enough for a group of friends to relax, especially with the poker and foosball tables. The location is also great, right in downtown. However, the shower amenities could be improved, particularly the shampoo and body wash, and the toothpaste looked quite messy (fortunately I brought my own). The soundproofing is also not ideal, as I could hear the couple in the next room talking, and I felt a bit uncomfortable using the bathroom and blow‑drying my hair after coming back late from a concert. The check‑in time is quite rigid at 4 p.m., although they do allow you to delay check‑in until 7:30 p.m. I was initially confused because I waited for over 10 minutes at the original building (before the upgrade) and wasn’t sure if the receptionist would come to pick me up. Once we met, though, the receptionist was very friendly and clearly explained the amenities and check‑out procedures. Overall, despite the strict rules and minor issues, I really liked the room and had a happy stay."

"Overall, location is perfect walking distance to every major place, including train station (union). The view is impressive you can see the lake with sunrise surrounded by many buildings giving you city vibes. The room may a bit look older than the pic but every amenity is fully prepared as said (if some doesn’t have you can contact and they will bring it for you as soon as possible) The bathroom doors may a bit hard to open if you have long nails. However, I’m pretty sure I left my stuff in the room and immediately contact to take it back, although, the owner said the cleaner couldn’t find it even I specified the location to them. I don’t know if it looks valuable for them as it’s a ring (even it’s a cheap one and more like a sentimental value to me) Anyways, the coordinator seems to be very helpful."

"The teahouse was in a great location, with walking distance to their subway and tram stations. There was plenty of food options around which makes everyday easier. The room itself was great, although it might be a tight squeeze for 3 people with huge luggages."

"It takes about 20 to 30 minutes by taxi from Pearson Airport to this accommodation (when traffic is light). The accommodation is a high-rise building, located on the 19th floor. The view is great and beautiful. There is a highway right outside the window, so there will be some traffic noise, but it will not affect your sleep. The decoration and cleanliness of the house are perfect!! Extremely comfortable and clean. The bed is also very soft and all facilities are new. Inconvenient aspects of use: The induction cooker has poor water boiling effect, and it takes a long time to boil water if the fire is not strong. I can't think of any other shortcomings. However, the accommodation cost is quite high, otherwise I will choose here again next time I visit Toronto! !"

"When I searched this place, there was no review about this house. So I hesitated before reservation, but the location and price were good for me that’s why I chose. It took 5-10 mins to the Union station.  Picking up the key was a little bit annoying but not bad the host gave a guide kindly. I could pick it up easily.  Room condition was good, clean, and has nice view and some restaurants near this place as well."

"Check-in was quite convenient, fully self-service. However, you need to submit your passport information beforehand, so make sure to check your emails promptly, otherwise you might miss something. The area felt very safe, and the facilities were quite new. It was clean and tidy. The price offers great value for money, and the room size was decent too."

"I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests."

"The location of the homestay is good. In the Chinese gathering area of Shijiabao, there are three gas stations and a large Chinese supermarket 100 meters around. It is no problem to cook and buy food by yourself. There are two Chinese car rental shops within one kilometer. It is very inconvenient to have no car in Canada. It is also very convenient to rent and return the car. The owner of the homestay is Chinese, there is no problem with communication between the two sides, and the service is very warm and thoughtful."
