"Very friendly they couldn't do enough for there guests ,I asked for a bigger room which was done straight away without any problems, I also didn't have a kettle iny room ,I asked for one ,this was also taken care of promptly. food was very nice , cooked fresh every evening had good 3 courseeal every evening also good selection for breakfast, Pool bar was also open which was great for drinks round the pool and lunch Great place to relax and chill out on holiday"

"Kapsaliana is a slice of paradise for sure. Hidden away in the hills, this village has been brought lovingly back to life; it is exquisite. Everything has been done with such a clear sense of the setting, history and for the comfort of guests, with impeccable taste. We had the Libra appartment with its private hot tub, and evenings in the tub with a glass of wine, under the pomegranate tree looking at the stars were just amazing. Some lovely trips around - wineries, the monastery at Arkadi and Margarites for the stunning pottery were lovely too. We can’t wait to return to this stunning spot."

"We stopped in Rethymno for a few days while holidaying in Crete . Whilst the beaches weren’t the best in Crete the resort was unbelievable . The fitout is so classy the gardens are so amazing and the pool is very special. The interior decorations are classic style but so fresh . Thanks to Ioanna and Elleni who were our customer service leads were beyond helpful. All other staff we encountered were of a world class standard. Well done Greco Hotels Another benefit if you don’t feel like going to the old town there is an amazing taverna accross the road called Levantes. Family run and the food is great"

The rooms are ok but not for a five starred hotel, its always clean and the staff is pleasant. The atmosphere is relaxing, the amount of people is acceptable. I also liked the food, everything was made really good. P.S. i expected more"

"We have recently returned from a 8 night stay here and absolutely loved it. Even though we went probably in the peak summer holiday period it didn't feel crowded. We stayed in a garden room with an interconnecting room for our two children. The room was spotless and modern. The air conditioning in the rooms worked exceptionally well to the point you could feel cold at night if not under the duvet. During the hottest part of the day we would return to our room for a break from the sun and be in the cool of the air con. The staff in the entire hotel were brilliant. Very welcoming and helpful and fantastic with children. We found this hotel so accommodating and great for young families. The restaurant staff were so lovely towards both our 6 year old son and 2 year old daughter. I remember our daughter was fondly greeted with a smile and "ah the baby with her baby" (she would bring her doll to some meals). Our son also made a friend of a male waiter in the Greek restaurant who matched his high energy and played high fives with him. We always felt completely at ease and even if our two year old had meltdowns, or the children made a mess at mealtimes no issue was taken at all. All staff were very understanding of life with young children. Towards the end of our holiday our boy tried out the children's club and our daughter the baby club (the latter goes up to age 3). Both were fantastic. Our boy absolutely loved the children's club and kept wanting to back. He was in the minority of English speaking children in the club during our stay but the staff spoke English and it didn't phase him in the slightest. I also think that in itself is a wonderful experience to be immersed around others speaking different languages. Our boy is quite a confident child so I do think it can depend on your child's character as to how well they adapt to the children's club. However the staff do make every effort to welcome and involve all of the children. They do tons of stuff with the children in the children's club, games, crafts, pool time, movies. They can also get them involved in having parts in a play. The club puts out an itinerary out for the week so you can see what they get up to. Our daughter also did really well in her baby club, again the staff for this club were fantastic also. They had plenty of toys and they have their own infant pool right outside (its very shallow so perfect for tiny ones). They give them a splash around in this. Both children were given lunch and our daughter had great naps with the baby club. The baby club for eg the morning session cost 10 euros but was worth it. The staff were very reassuring and said that if there were any issues, or if she was unsettled they would call me. We also had a rundown of what they did during her stay on collection. As we had some child free time we even managed to use the spa facilities which is all included and is incredibly relaxing. The food was delicious, we particularly love"

"This was the second time we visited the hotel, and we were very pleased with our room. One drawback was that the room was over the eating area, so at 7 o'clock in the morning, one could hear the cleaning staff. We enjoyed the luxury of the saltwater pool and the friendly service of Maria and Labrini especially. The beds are very comfortable, and although the TV has many channels, there's one drawback: one cannot adjust the volume. Live music was given once or twice a week and was very enjoyable to watch and listen to. We appreciated the hard work of the employees after the huge dust storm to clean up the eating area and the pool area. Within a day, it looked a lot better. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a leisurely vacation."

"I don‘t know if someone has been here as well but this must be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The resort itself was really nice - good architecture and good style. The services on the otherhand were almost non-existent. When asking to clean our room they just emptied the trash and made the bed. No new bed sheets, no new towels, no new cups for coffee even though they took the dirty ones out and gave fresh new Nespresso capsules. When asking for some baby stuff (bottle sterilizer) they managed to get it wrong two times. First time we get a kettle, second time a bottle warmer. Those were really not complex instructions. When asking for puree for the baby (possible upon request according to their menu) we didn’t receive puree. I know mistakes can happen but not every single day for 5 days straight. They also have an app where we can request services like room cleaning etc. None of them were viewed nor done. They just said „maybe you didn‘t have an internet connection“ and didn‘t even ask what we needed. Not to mention the price - utterly expensive for the service you receive. Absolutely not worth it. After some review investigation we realized that a lot of people had the same issues and one even got bribed to delete his bad review. This led me to thinking that they might delete bad reviews themselves."

"We have just spent 13 days in this wonderful hotel. Very well located already, 5 minutes walk from the bus stop and 10 minutes walk from all the shops and good restaurants. The hotel has a great little beach with about thirty umbrellas and their 2 chairs, so it goes without saying that we are not cramped because the beach is huge. Also has 2 swimming pools, too great for children. Magnificent sunset if you stay at the beach until 8 p.m. You can also eat on this beach in the company of its sunset, there are a few restaurant tables on the beach and you will be served good food with very reasonable prices. The breakfast is very simple, but plentiful and good. Impeccable cleanliness both inside and outside. There is not a single piece of paper or can lying around outside. Sheets changed every 3 days and towels every 2 days. Housekeeping done every day. Reception staff, very very friendly, thanks to the brunette lady with glasses and the very nice evening gentleman. All this to tell you that if you hesitate between several hotels, do not hesitate and take this one.. Again a big thank you. Chevallier Ml and Dhifi K"
