"Kapsaliana is a slice of paradise for sure. Hidden away in the hills, this village has been brought lovingly back to life; it is exquisite. Everything has been done with such a clear sense of the setting, history and for the comfort of guests, with impeccable taste. We had the Libra appartment with its private hot tub, and evenings in the tub with a glass of wine, under the pomegranate tree looking at the stars were just amazing. Some lovely trips around - wineries, the monastery at Arkadi and Margarites for the stunning pottery were lovely too. We can’t wait to return to this stunning spot."

"The villa was truly beautiful and had everything we needed. Plenty of space, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely terrace, and a nice pool. The view was also stunning! The house wasn’t cleaned every day, but we didn’t mind. It wasn’t necessary as there were plenty of towels available. The pool was maintained every morning, and the terrace was also cleaned then. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which is quite rare in Greece. My son and I had a wonderful time!"

"Our arrival at the hotel set the tone of for the rest of our holiday. We got to the hotel at 01-30am we’re met by Nicktarius who took us into the restaurant where food was waiting he also pulled 2 very welcome pints and red wine for my better half absolute star no rush relax take it easy. This was the theme of our stay. The hotel is quiet and relaxing with wonderful views of the sea and snow capped mountains.The rooms were adequate with good aircon and would recommend a sea view which we really enjoyed. The value for money was exceptional I would have expected to pay a lot more. The food was very good especially the Cretan food night amazing Greek salads the best Feta we have ever had the only negative is that it is not kept piping hot whilst on display. Our room also overlooked the field where the hotel grows its own herbs and vegetables which were really good. However what made it a really enjoyable stay were the lovely staff. The girls on reception always smiling and helpful the waitresses in the dining room were again always smiling and would introduce you to the dishes they were absolutely fantastic and then to top it off the barman Antair who has been there 11 years efficient with a nice sense of humour. No towels on Sunbeds never a shortage plenty of other seats at all times. Overall a well oiled machine with great staff"

"me and my friend stayed a few nights in this hotel village and it was one of the best experience we had in Crete . With the typical architecture you really get to immerse in the cretian village atmosphere in the middle of a breathtaking landscape. the area being quiet and peaceful we were able to rest comfortably. The food was great and all the staff were so welcoming and ready to help you."

Katerina is a fantastic host – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and a great way to start the day.
