"We loved our time at this small hotel. It is a lovely spot, up on a hill. The view is expansive - pictures don’t do it justice. We plan to return to spend more time just relaxing and reading books on our large covered balcony! We were too busy while we were there, as there was so much to do in Sifnos! "We have stayed at Windmill Bella Vista many times - always in the summer. We are always warmly welcomed by Margarita, Yiorgos and their team who make our holidays magical. We have stayed in most of the beautiful apartments, tastefully decorated in the traditional island style and kept spotlessly clean by attentive staff. We love the fact that the mill complex is surrounded by the Sifnian countryside with views of the terraces and magnificent seaviews. Situated next to the footpath network of Sifnos Trails, Windmill Bella Vista is ideal for hikers, walkers and nature lovers. Our most recent visit was a few days ago - the beginning of May. We saw a green Sifnos full of Spring flowers - see the photo taken behind Windmill Bella Vista, which is just visible in the distance. Even though we were only a few guests there was a feast of a breakfast laid on with local biscuits, bread and cakes as well as the usual breakfast fare. One amazing feature of Windmill Bella Vista is the generosity of the hosts: The bar is left open all the time, so that guests can help themselves to alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments whenever they want. This really is a unique place to stay."

"We loved our stay at the Smaragdi. Beautiful room. Great location in pretty Artemonas. Lots of good restaurants nearby plus you're next to where buses stop for easy access to the rest of the island. A great cafe/restaurant on site where you're happy to hang out at any time of day or evening. The warmest and friendliest host, Antonis, for whom nothing was too much trouble, always full of tips and advice about places to go and things to do. And a bonus for cat-lovers, there are always cats roaming around, including a gorgeous litter of kittens when we stayed. I would happily return."

"I stayed at Hotel Artemon in August 2026. The hotel rooms are basic but meticulously clean and the owners treat the guests like family. Attached is a 5 star restaurant. I am an American who loves Greek food and after eating there many times, other restaurant food could not compare. Absolutely superb. Having the hotel connected to this works-class restaurant is an excellent combination. It’s a family business, and the owners work incredibly hard to make the experience memorable for the guests."
