Macau Hotels with Balcony

"Facilities: The facilities are excellent, with a bathtub and a small fridge. Soaking in the tub after walking 20,000 steps a day was incredibly relaxing, and you could even watch TV (though the TV programs seemed to repeat; I watched the same news two days in a row). It was a sea-view room, directly facing the Macau Tower, perfect for photos. There's also an infinity pool on the 2nd floor, open at 8 AM. It's great for swimming, taking pictures, and checking in. Just remember to bring your room key card for registration. There are changing rooms and showers, and they provide slippers. The lighting in the morning is fantastic for photos. Environment: The hotel is located inside a mall. There's a slope to get in, but you can avoid it by taking another route: from MGM, there's an underpass that leads directly to the hotel lobby (L floor). If you enter from the slope side, you'll be on the G floor, and you'll need to go down one escalator to check in. The location is close to MGM and Wynn, so you can easily use MGM's shuttle bus. I never needed to use the hotel's shuttle. Service: The front desk staff was very thorough and attentive. A MOP 1000 deposit is required. I had seen on Xiaohongshu (a social media platform) that some people had deductions from their deposit, so I asked the front desk what was chargeable. The deposit refund was quite fast; I checked out at 11 AM and had already received it by the time I wrote this review. The hotel also provides a set of discount coupons. I think they'd be quite a good deal for family trips (or at least for two people), but I was traveling solo so I didn't use them. Both the G-floor exit (next to Pop Mart, where food deliveries are also picked up) and the L-floor exit have staff guiding guests and helping to call taxis. However, I didn't think it was necessary, haha. I took the elevator directly to B2, followed the signs, and asked for directions to MGM (thanks to Xiaohongshu tips) to catch MGM's shuttle bus to the airport. It cost 0 MOP, and the bus ride was about 20 minutes, with two stops at border crossings – very convenient."

"I'm very satisfied with my stay in the room. The transportation here is super convenient. I've stayed here many times and always had a great experience because the staff are very friendly and the front desk ladies are very polite. The environment here is also excellent, with a subway station right downstairs, making it very easy to get around. I often choose this hotel for my travels, and I really love it."

"This hotel is stunning and so glamarous. I booked it as a treat for a short holiday because I got an excellent price during the week. Also, I wanted an outdoor swimming pool and this one was AMAZING. Truly awesome. The Artyzn Grand Lapa is very close to the Sands Hotel, the Harborside and the outer pier Ferry. It is about a 15 minute walk from the MGM and Wynn hotels."

"Genuinely, I stayed at quite a number of hotels in Macau but this one was my favorite 🤩, the location is perfect, taxis pass by almost every 10 mins, they have a free shuttle bus, the pool area is beautiful, the gym is 24/7, the rooms are clean and beautiful, the service was good but only for some staff members, some staff members seemed a bit arrogant, I remember I called in to ask for some medicine, I know the hotel doesn’t have medicine but little help would have mattered such as helping the guest purchase and I can Pay for the extra help but the only thing they told me was to go to the pharmacy and I didn’t have strength to even walk, I felt like I was going to faint and I didn’t know anyone within Macau, it was only one of the staff members, that over heard my conversation with the other staff and offered me some medicine and even gave me water and kept checking up on me, I really appreciated that so much because I don’t know how I would have left the place without his help, I wish i remembered his name but the medicine was from Philippines so I assume he is from the Philippines. Away from that I remember Charles too, who also had good customer service, overall the hotel is good but other staff members need to pay more attention to service."

"For many years, whenever I've come to Macau and not had specific needs, I've always chosen to stay here. I absolutely love their suites – the environment, facilities, service, and cleanliness are all excellent, and the price is reasonable. It would be even more perfect if they provided simple tea-making facilities. I'll definitely continue to choose this hotel."

"Four Seasons maintained its usual high standards. The environment was comfortable. We were celebrating our child's travel anniversary, and I had noted this when booking the hotel on Ctrip, but the hotel didn't respond. However, upon arrival, the front desk carefully recorded our request and sent over fruit and cake. The service attitude was excellent, and any issues were resolved promptly. The hotel also arranged a room with a fantastic view, which we really appreciated. This is truly the service standard you'd expect from a five-star hotel. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to The Londoner Macao's Arena was incredibly convenient – no need to go outside! You just cross a skybridge directly from the Four Seasons DFS mall. It was perfect for catching a concert and also allowed for some shopping. The hotel itself was very quiet. I highly recommend this Four Seasons hotel; my child even loved the little kangaroo gift they sent. I forgot to take a video of the hotel, so I just put up a video of the Hacken Lee concert at The Londoner, haha. I hope Four Seasons Hotel has a prosperous business all year round!"

"Facilities: All very well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: It's a sea-view room, absolutely beautiful. Service: They can meet all your needs. Regarding the 'buy-one-get-one-free' offer for the Grand Hyatt Macau's Grand Club Lounge buffet breakfast: We booked a room online that included two breakfasts. When we arrived at the hotel, we purchased an additional breakfast. The breakfast leans more towards Western cuisine and was delicious 😋. Both kids loved it. From the R-level restaurant where breakfast is served, you can see the sea from both sides. We took a lot of photos; it was stunning. I absolutely love this hotel restaurant! My kids and I really enjoy the hotel's decor and style. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Macau."

"I couldn’t have asked for a better place to escape the big city. The hygiene standard was excellent – everything felt very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast offered so many options, something for every taste. The swimming pool was a highlight: nice and deep, great for a proper swim. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The whole atmosphere was incredibly relaxed, making it the perfect choice if you truly want to unwind. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel offers great value for money. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and the service was excellent. They even provide a free shuttle to Gongbei Port, which saved us a lot of time and money. It's super convenient to get around, and there are plenty of dining options nearby!"

"The Line friends themed room was spacious with great amenities. Bed was a little on the soft side but otherwise a lovely stay. Hotel employees were super friendly. We had a lovely quiet tea at the cafe. The matcha Swiss roll was delicious. There are plenty of great coffee shops downstairs where you can enjoy a chillaxing afternoon"
