Florence Hotels with Balcony

"The room was sufficient for a 2 night stay, the staff were lovely and very helpful, but the room was worse than expected. Very very noisy from the trams and trains outside and the shower head wouldn’t stay on the stand. I would recommend for a quick stop over stay but would avoid if you’re planning to stay for more than a couple of nights.  The location is great though, just opposite the station it was so easy to get on and off trains, easy walk to the centre and cathedral, with plenty of nearby restaurants!"

"Great location, especially good for intercity travel through SMN station. Room size is not big but good enough for us to mange luggages, and to take rest. We love their breakfast, good taste and mix of croissants, coffee, fruit, cereal, cheese,.. etc, charged only at Euro 15 per head. If I have to pick something better for improvement, I would say that the hotel rate per day at off season could be 20% or 30% discount."

"The room was a bit dated, and the furniture quite basic. On the plus side, it's very close to the train station, and within walking distance of the art gallery, cathedral, and good spots to watch the sunset. What's even better, it's right at the entrance of Chinatown, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying Chinese food and browsing the Chinese supermarket. I even found the best-tasting water I've ever had on a trip at the Chinese supermarket – I was so happy about that! However, watch out for that ice cream shop on the same street – it's a total rip-off!"

"stayed just one night at this hotel during my trip to Florence. The room was quite small, which might be a downside for longer stays, but it was clean and well-kept. The real highlight, though, was the rooftop terrace — the panoramic view over Florence was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and a good overall experience for a short stay. Perfect if you’re spending most of your time exploring the city and want a lovely spot to unwind at the end of the day."

"This is a great location hotel, whether it is to go to the downtown area or to the pizza next door, it is very convenient to live here. The room was spacious and clean, the windows were very distinctive, the bed was very wide and the mattress was very soft and comfortable to sleep, and we had a good rest here. The front desk was two very friendly and welcoming gentlemen who helped us store our luggage for free. Except for a little noise on the street, everything else was perfect and I was very satisfied."

"It's a duplex lofter, with a large space, good hygiene, and complete equipment. There are small bars at the front desk and in the room. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, which makes it difficult to move luggage, but the front desk and staff are very enthusiastic and will help move."

"Conveniently located, 5 mins walk from the train station, but not very noisy which is nice. My room had a little balcony. But I gotta say, as a newly opened hotel and an IHG group hotel, I was very disappointed. First, I found a used bandage stuck on my “clean” towel, and the bathroom was poorly designed , with the half screen on the bathtub , I guarantee you would get water everywhere on the floor no matter how careful you are when taking a shower. The hotel & room is stylish, but as a hotel of 2 years old (according to the internet, the hotel opened in 2023), the bathroom is badly maintained , broken faucet which was temporarily fixed, rusts and stains everywhere, i guess also because of the poor selection of materials when it was designed, this all makes it look like a 20 year old hotel. The first morning I had breakfast, I went really early, it was nice and quiet, I thought the spread was good and not bad in taste & quality. But the 2nd morning I went at 9ish, tables were not cleaned , the hash browns were rock-hard. And we saw other guests having different breakfast items that were not in the buffet, so I asked the staff if there were other options, and not until then we were told each guests can order 1 item each from the ala carte menu with no cost, we were not informed about this and I think guests deserves to know they have options… i guess that’s how they treat tourists ….. or just how they treat Asians….. so if you stay here, be sure to ask for the menu if you want alternatives for your breakfast."

"The landlord is very enthusiastic, there are small refreshments in the common room and the room, and problems will be solved in time. Very warm room even has a small balcony, the whole is clean, someone cleans every day, but unfortunately the bath towels are not changed every day (it seems to be changed every three days)."

"The hotel is a personal B&B. There are seven rooms on the first floor and an apartment on the fifth floor. You can cook by yourself, but there is no elevator. The location is ok. It is a ten-minute walk from the train station and can be reached on foot to various scenic spots. The hostess of the hotel is easy-going and the service is okay."

"The hotel is in an excellent location on the side of a bridge from Ponte Vecchio, the structure is distributed in an ancient palace and some rooms are quite remote. The rooms are not large but are furnished with style and comfortable, with a discreet breakfast. I am sorry that I had a room without darkness and a tent with a strange justification, it was replaced without too many problems but the circumstance should not have come up."
