"This was my second stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo, and it once again delivered an excellent experience.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a full day of sightseeing.
One aspect I particularly appreciated was the security. Access to the guest floors requires a room key, providing an added sense of safety and privacy.
The service was also consistently professional, friendly, and efficient throughout our stay. Staff were helpful whenever assistance was needed, and the overall experience felt smooth from check-in to check-out.
The location is another advantage, being within walking distance of Sapporo Station while still offering a quieter environment away from the busiest areas.
The breakfast buffet remained one of the highlights, with a wide variety of choices and consistently good quality.
Having now stayed here twice, I would not hesitate to return again on a future visit to Sapporo."
