"Location is amazing, which is the biggest draw for me. Cleanliness is downgraded simply because some rooms are showing their age and needs to be renovated. I did not try it, but they have a very inviting hot indoor pool as well!"

Upon arrival was met with a closed lobby and instructions to check in at another hotel at a different location... if I had known this in advance, would have stayed somewhere else instead of having to travel to an alternate location to check in or access any services. No explanation offered for zero services... hospitality and customer service at its poorest."
