"Everything was just superp from check in until check out. It was a dream stay near Dali ancient city, just 5-to-7 minutes walk to one of the gates. A lady staff, Xiao Rong was super helpful and accomodative. She even made an effort to prepare a halal breafast upon request. Thank you, Xiao Rong. The room located on the 3rd floor with a backdrop of gorgeous and breathtaking view of Cangshan mountain and traditional chinese buildings. The quality of basic amenities and bathroom amenities was also at a high end considering the room price. The interior design was a reminiscent of ancient vibes with modern blend. Highly recommended!"

"Traveling to Dali, I chose to stay at the 'Zhongli Qianxun' courtyard hotel near the South Gate of the ancient city. Unlike the towering buildings in the bustling downtown, it quietly awaits guests with the gentle charm of a traditional Bai-style residence. The day before check-in, the hotel sent a thoughtful reminder with accurate and detailed navigation instructions for driving. Upon arrival, the staff proactively helped with my luggage and offered a warm cup of tea as a welcome. The wooden carvings under the eaves, with their dragon and phoenix patterns, and relief sculptures of flowers, birds, fish, and insects, exude a timeless artistry. In the traditional courtyard paved with bluestone slabs, traces of moss are shallow, water ripples gently, and fish frolic. Waking up, the first ray of sunlight pierces through the clouds, and golden light bathes the continuous mountain peaks; in the evening, with the ancient city's hustle and bustle just beyond the walls, I brewed a pot of Pu'er tea in the courtyard, enjoying only the serene passage of time. As dusk settled, the courtyard lanterns lit up one by one, their warm yellow glow softly outlining the contours of the upturned eaves. Amidst the interplay of light and shadow, the wooden carving patterns became even more profound. The manager and staff, Xiao Fen, Xiao Hui, and others whose names I couldn't recall, had smiles as warm as the lamplight. The Bai-style suite was elegant, and the service was wonderfully comforting, quietly melting away the fatigue of the journey. Searching for it through countless moments, I suddenly turned back to find that courtyard, that lamplight, and that stretch of Cangshan Mountain were precisely the softest moments of my time in Dali."

"Excellent! It's extremely close to Dali Station, making transfers incredibly convenient. The overall hygiene, quietness, and room size are all good. The tissues and other paper products provided are of high quality. The toilet and shower are separate (wet and dry areas), and the hooks in the shower room are definitely a highlight. The parking lot behind the hotel also looks very good, and the Ba族 (Bai ethnic group) friend's Baoshan beef hotpot restaurant nearby is delicious. Has Dali gotten rich lately? The area around the station and the hotel is incredibly well-maintained. Walking along the tree-lined street next to the hotel feels like strolling through a high-end community. I hope Dali and Yunnan continue to flourish. I arrived quite late and left quite early, so aside from taking a few photos of the beautiful, dreamy night view of Dali Station, I didn't get a chance to photograph the hotel itself. Still, a full five-star rating!"

"Facilities: The public areas are beautiful, with a great design aesthetic, and very quiet. The room design is also very comfortable; personally, I think the twin room is better for sleeping than the double room, haha. Cleanliness: Clean, with all the basic facilities available, very well done. Environment: It's right by Sanyue Street, very close to the ancient city, just a short walk away. Waking up in the morning and taking a stroll to the North Gate wet market for breakfast is incredibly pleasant. Service: Huge thanks to the front desk lady at the time. I was prepared to pay when I inquired, but to my surprise, I got a free room upgrade. If you want to explore around the ancient city but also want a quiet stay, you won't be disappointed here!"

"Pullman Kunming Jingfang: Unexpected room upgrade, super pleasant surprise, and stunning lake views that were incredibly soothing! 📍Location & Overall Experience: The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to explore the city or visit nearby attractions. The lobby is elegantly decorated, and the fresh, pleasant scent immediately put me at ease, washing away all travel fatigue – the ambiance was just perfect! 🛏️Room & Hygiene: I booked a Superior King Room, but during check-in, the front desk agent, Judi, pleasantly surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Lake View Room! The moment I opened the door, I was stunned. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed view of Erhai Lake, with its sparkling waters spread out before me. During the day, I watched the clouds drift by, and at night, I admired the starry sky – it was incredibly therapeutic. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with not a speck of dust in any corner. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the double-pane soundproof windows blocked out all external noise, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The nightly turndown service was particularly thoughtful; staff carefully turned down the covers, placed slippers by the bed, and provided bottled water and a night light on the bedside table – truly attentive to every detail. When I needed a sewing kit in the middle of my stay, room service delivered it quickly, completely resolving my urgent need. 💁Service Highlights: I have to specifically commend Judi at the front desk! She made the check-in process efficient and fast, and proactively upgraded my room. She patiently introduced the hotel facilities and gave me tips for exploring Kunming. She meticulously answered all my numerous questions with enthusiasm and professionalism. From the moment the staff helped with my luggage upon arrival to the polite greetings from all service personnel throughout my stay, I felt a warm sense of being truly at home, and their service response time was incredibly fast. 🍽️Dining & Facilities: The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, covering both Chinese and Western options. There were authentic Yunnan snacks, fresh fruits and vegetables, made-to-order noodle stations, and exquisite desserts, all made with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors, satisfying a variety of tastes. During my leisure time, I experienced the hotel's spa service. The environment was serene and elegant, and the therapist's techniques were professional, thoroughly relieving my travel fatigue and leaving both my body and mind relaxed. The hardware facilities and service quality are impeccable, making it perfect for both leisure travel and business trips. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming!"

"The biggest surprise at Hilton Dali this time was employee Xiao Gu! When checking in, he proactively helped with luggage, patiently explained about the Erhai Lake view rooms and breakfast times, and thoughtfully reminded me about nearby taxi stands. When I needed an extra pillow for the room, he delivered it within minutes, always smiling and enthusiastic. His service was super professional! I have to give a big thumbs up to Xiao Gu and the hotel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

"The B&B is in a great location, surrounded by many delicious restaurants, and within walking distance to the ancient city. The design is beautiful, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustle. The housekeeper's service is warm and attentive, the room is clean, and the facilities are complete. Although breakfast is simple, it tastes good. Overall, it's excellent value for money."

"The location is incredibly convenient; it's just an 8-minute walk to Dali Old Town, so you can avoid the tourist crowds. When you're tired from exploring, it's super comfortable to come back and relax at the hotel. The room was much larger than I expected and beautifully decorated, making for a very spacious and pleasant stay. The public areas are well-designed and highly photogenic; I took a few casual pictures and got tons of inquiries about the address when I posted them. The amenities are quite comprehensive. The fifth-floor terrace is absolutely amazing – you can watch the sunrise in the morning and lie there gazing at the stars at night, which is incredibly relaxing. Having both a washer and dryer was fantastic; no more piling up dirty laundry after a few days of travel, which is a lifesaver for lazy people like me. Free drinks are available, and there's even a mahjong machine and a tea set. My friends and I played a couple of rounds of mahjong and chatted, which was super relaxing. The service was also top-notch. Breakfast was delivered to our room punctually every morning, with generous portions and good taste. The restaurant and attraction recommendations from the guesthouse were spot-on; the wild mushroom hotpot was incredibly fresh, and the lesser-known spots weren't crowded at all, making for a really enjoyable time. They even gave us a thoughtful parting gift: Yunnan tea and flower cakes. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Dali!"

"I was so lucky to stay at this guesthouse in Dali by myself! The room had huge windows, letting in so much light that it felt like the breeze from Cangshan Mountain was blowing right into the room. I could see the mountain views right from my bed. The 360-degree rooftop terrace was an even bigger surprise; watching the sunset with the breeze in the evening was incredibly healing and comfortable. The owner was super nice and even recommended some authentic local snacks in the ancient city. I felt very warm and welcomed, even staying alone. Definitely a five-star recommendation!"

The service is incredibly warm; from helping with luggage upon arrival to the daily greetings and the butler's responsiveness to every request, everything was perfect. The room was clean, new, and fully smart, with great facilities and a well-thought-out layout that made for a very comfortable stay. Watching movies on the large projector screen from the bed was a real treat. We also received beautiful afternoon tea, goodnight desserts, and a parting gift upon check-out, which felt like a delightful bonus. The food prepared by the auntie was delicious, and there's an electric scooter rental shop not far downstairs, making it convenient to go anywhere.
