"A very nice hotel for family. Everything was very good. Breakfast was amazing. With ibumie station as the front. The rest was good too. Even though no swimming pool and gym. But the location was very good. Shopping mall and wet market. It’s very happening even at night. 👍🏻"

"What's bad: cleanliness of the room was not great, it smelled a bit... funny? But i was fine with it cos i didn't stay much in the hotel. Room lights are warm and dim so it may be a bit spooky for some but we were fine with it. Breakfast spread were limited and cold. What's okayish: location is strategic within batam centre, going to the ferry terminal is very near. This is the only hotel i can find that is able to fit 3 pax in a room (1 twin and 1 single bed) so it great for small friends group. What's great: hotel room is very affordable. Also, there are eateries nearby within walking distance, including popular coffee places, breakfast and lunch places. There are also a few shopping malls nearby with great food veriety. And most importantly the hotel staffs were very friendly and provided great assistance to my queries. This is the best highlight of the stay. Verdict: if you dont stay in the hotel much, i think this hotel will do the job just fine."

"I recently stayed at Harris Hotel Batam and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The hotel's location is simply outstanding—situated right next to the Batam Center Ferry Terminal, it’s incredibly convenient for travelers, especially those arriving from Singapore. I appreciated how easy it was to check in and head directly to my room without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the water was refreshing and set a lovely tone for each day. Additionally, being directly opposite Mega Mall was a delightful bonus. With a plethora of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, I had plenty to explore, from local eateries to international food chains. The international breakfast spread at the hotel was impressive, featuring a wide array of dishes including delicious local Indonesian options as well as familiar Western choices. Whether it was the mouthwatering nasi goreng or the variety of fresh fruits available, I loved starting my day with such a hearty meal. I also want to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. I requested a non-smoking, quiet room upon check-in, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm service certainly enhanced the experience. While my room was slightly dated, it was generally clean, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The slight age of the furnishings didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction with the stay. In summary, Harris Hotel Batam strikes a perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The strategic location, scenic views, excellent breakfast, and responsive staff make it a solid choice for anyone visiting Batam. I would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!"

"Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou."

"Always love this Hotel. Maybe repeated 10 times already. Good service, good massage spa. Loves the cozy pool with warm jacuzzi on sundeck w frangipani tree over. almost exclusive! However buffet although many varieties breakfast this time is not as great as before😢. Previous chefs retired. Hope Chef become better"

"Excellent place to stay. Only one noticeable item which needs improvement which is the room card system is not very sensitive to the reader at the door. You need to tap around 2 to 5 times for the reader to detect. Consider using a better room card system and reader."

"I recently stayed at Harmoni One Convention Hotel and had a mixed experience. We booked four rooms under the same reservation; however, the rooms were allocated on different floors and were scattered, which was inconvenient for our group. Room size was adequate and generally comfortable for a short stay. Unfortunately, there was a serious issue during check-in. After the process was completed, my passport was not returned to me. I only realised this the following morning and went to the front desk to enquire. The staff on duty initially insisted that the hotel does not retain guests’ passports overnight as it is against their policy. Upon my request, they agreed to investigate further and review the CCTV footage. It was eventually discovered that the staff who handled my check-in had inadvertently left my passport inside the scanner machine — overnight. While I appreciate that the team eventually located and returned the passport, this represents a significant lapse in check-in procedure and document handling. Passports are critical travel documents, and greater diligence is necessary to prevent such oversights. Overall, the room itself was acceptable, but the check-in experience requires substantial improvement to ensure guest security and confidence. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐"

"Decent hotel at a very strategic location. Many surrounding facilities like coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, convenient stores, bakeries, massage parlours, KTVs, and etc. Nearby a large food court called A2 Food Court and shopping malls like Grand Batam Mall and Batam City Square Mall. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Standard room amenities. Lobby looks newly renovated. I believe some further renovation on going for breakfast restaurant and other parts of the hotel. Staffs are helpful like security guy helping with our luggage and receptionist keep us inform as soon as room available for early check-in. Overall, value for money accomodation."

"Stayed at Woda Villa & Spa Batam and had a generally pleasant experience. Pros: The location is very convenient, as it’s close to the town area, making it easy to access shops and restaurants options. The 2-bedroom villa is spacious and comfortable, great for families or small groups. Toiletries were also well provided, with sufficient amenities for the stay. Cons: The private pool is on the smaller side, which may be a bit limiting if you’re looking to fully relax or swim. There were quite a number of mosquitoes, although the villa does provide repellent which helps. The breakfast buffet spread is also quite limited, so don’t expect a wide variety of options. Overall: A good stay for those looking for a spacious villa in a convenient location, but with some minor drawbacks in facilities and dining variety"

"This was quite a large hotel. As I took the elevator from the lobby to my room, I noticed a peculiar smell in the hallway. The scent in the elevator also didn't quite agree with me; it seemed to be from an automatic air freshener that just wasn't to my liking. I also caught a faint whiff of cigarette smoke while walking down the corridor. On the positive side, breakfast was absolutely superb – truly the best buffet meal. My only real issue was the smell in the accommodation. The staff were friendly, and I highly recommend trying the breakfast buffet. They had a great selection of fruits and various other dishes. The egg dishes were prepared in multiple delicious ways, and the noodle dishes were also very tasty."
