"The decoration is very much like a European family hotel, I like it very much. The location is particularly good. Turn left for one minute and you will see the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. If you continue walking, you can reach the Accademia Gallery and the Central Market. If you turn right for five minutes, you can directly reach Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery. The room is not big, but it is enough. After all, this is not a resort hotel. Most people go out most of the time. The only drawback is check-out at ten o'clock, which is nothing to me. I just go out for a walk anyway, so I can store it. luggage. There are many places to eat nearby, and the Internet celebrity Zhaza Steak is not far away. There is also a Chinese fast food called Giaogiao next to the cathedral, which is the most familiar taste of pre-made dishes, but after eating too much Italian food, I think it is particularly delicious. The price is not expensive either. All in all if you don't want to stay in your room every day and want to go out all the time this location is perfect, I even went back after climbing the clock tower and dome to have a glass of juice and rest before continuing. The front desk of the hotel is on the third floor. The entrance next to Lego is directly from the elevator to the third floor. If I come to Florence again, I will consider staying here."

Nice room, but hidden fees and disappointing location
The room itself was beautiful — clean, stylishly decorated, and comfortable for a solo traveller, even if it was a little smaller than expected. So credit where it’s due: the physical space was lovely.
Unfortunately, a few things really affected my stay. I was asked for a €50 per night deposit upon check-in, which came as a complete surprise. This was not mentioned anywhere when I booked, and it hit hard as a solo traveller on a tight budget. I lost €100 before I even saw the city, and it honestly dampened the whole experience.
The staff at check-in were cold and not welcoming at all, which made the arrival feel awkward. Thankfully, check-out was much better — the person on the desk was kind and friendly, which helped leave things on a slightly better note.
As for location: it’s not ideal. The hotel is tucked behind the main train station down some pretty dirty, sketchy-feeling streets. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo, and for the price I paid, I expected to be much closer to the centre.
Overall, the hotel itself is fine — but in the wrong location and definitely the wrong price bracket. Unless the prices come down and they’re more transparent about deposits, I wouldn’t stay here again."

"A Hidden Gem Near Florence’s Main train station
I stayed three consecutive nights at this charming little hotel, just a short walk (5 mins) from the main train station in Florence. Its location made it incredibly easy to take day trips to nearby cities—perfect for exploring Tuscany without the hassle.
The staff were consistently friendly, and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. While the room wasn’t very spacious, the bed was exceptionally comfortable—ideal after long days of sightseeing.
There’s also a private spa area that was clean and relaxing, with a surprisingly strong jacuzzi. A nice touch that added to the overall experience."

"This is a 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely perfect.
1. It's directly across from the Firenze S.M. train station, literally just a crosswalk away, which is incredibly convenient.
2. You can walk to the Duomo in just 12 minutes, and the route is lined with shops where you can buy and eat things.
Be aware that because it's near the train station square, there are quite a few homeless people around.
Service: The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and personable.
Facilities: The bathroom was very clean, and all the amenities were complete and worked well.
Great value for money: We were very pleasantly surprised to find that our room had a balcony with a view (as pictured). The balcony was also quite large, with a coffee table and two rattan chairs.
This hotel made our stay in Florence even more comfortable and enjoyable.

"firstly, I realized that the room smelled very bad like someone definitely smorked in it even it is non-smorking room.
So, I asked the staff that I can change the room, but that day were fully booked so that I can’t.
She also said, next day has a vacant so I can change the room, but finally I couldn't because of the staffs miss communication.
Also I asked laundly service but when I came back to the hotel, it is not completed because the staff forgot Sunday is out of service.
in the first place, the laundry service cost is too expensive so I dont recommend."

"Very good experience. The service is very good. The front desk staff is very friendly. Because we are on our honeymoon, they helped us upgrade to a suite. Although it is in the downtown area, the windows are three layers, so the room is very quiet. The room is clean and tidy. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are not old. "We loved this hotel for its location, convenience, cleanliness and the wonderful room. The staff was well trained and helped us with all our requests. The room had great amenities and was spacious. The quality of the breakfast buffet was about average. Most of the hotels in Italy don’t focus much on making various types of eggs(boiled and scrambled) still, they have good choices and even a pancake maker machine. It was fun to prepare them. HHONGSHENGI rarely write reviews, but I simply *had* to this time! After checking out, I discovered my car wouldn't start – I'd foolishly left something on and completely drained the battery. Within just 5 minutes, the amazing ladies at the front desk found the incredibly resourceful Alessio for me. He first brought a battery charger, but when he realized it couldn't reach, he immediately drove another car over to use its battery to jump-start mine. The entire process was completed within 10 minutes, and it was absolutely free! So, a huge shout-out to [Hotel Name] for such outstanding service, big thanks to the front desk team (both the ladies and gentlemen), and a special, massive thank you to Alessio!

IISTP遊記I booked this hotel for myself and my family. We really appreciate the friendly service from the staff throughout our stay. The building itself is gorgeous and is located within a few minutes walk from the Firenze SMN train station.
We stayed in two two-bed rooms. One of which was big with a walk-in closet. However the other one was small and we could hear the water pipes at night. Sound isolation was also not great as we could hear laughter from the guests staying next door. Would recommend this hotel to travellers who look for a central location and do not mind hearing some noise from pipes or guests chattering at night.

We also enjoyed the table tennis, swings, and super comfortable chairs. The rooftop bar boasts breathtaking, unbeatable night views, meaning you don't even need to go to the main square to admire the Florence Cathedral. They even have a photo booth on-site, though unfortunately, it was out of order during our visit, which was a bit of a pity.

Very very noisy from the trams and trains outside and the shower head wouldn’t stay on the stand. I would recommend for a quick stop over stay but would avoid if you’re planning to stay for more than a couple of nights.
The location is great though, just opposite the station it was so easy to get on and off trains, easy walk to the centre and cathedral, with plenty of nearby restaurants!

On the plus side, it's very close to the train station, and within walking distance of the art gallery, cathedral, and good spots to watch the sunset. What's even better, it's right at the entrance of Chinatown, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying Chinese food and browsing the Chinese supermarket. I even found the best-tasting water I've ever had on a trip at the Chinese supermarket – I was so happy about that! However, watch out for that ice cream shop on the same street – it's a total rip-off!

AAnonymous UserPros: While we checking in there was someone carrying luggage for us to our room, there was a bottle of wine and two small bottle of water as complimentary for the first night.
Location is near to S.M. Novella Station and bus station so it's a perfect.
Breakfast was a 4 star standard and the taste more or less the same throughout my trips in 3 different hotels so no complain.
Cons: the shower pressure was really small and the heater inside the room was not working, after the first night experience we asked the front desk the next morning if they could check for us but ended up the shower pressure was really small, if there is a measurement lowest from 1 to highest 5, the pressure was definitely 1. So we aren't sure if they did send someone to check or not but one thing for sure they never update us after that and the heater switch remains the same as before I complained. It was really cold.
One evening around 7pm - 8pm as the hotel is actually located kinda like an alley and bit darker so a guy was suspiciously following us at our back and we have to almost run back to our hotel and while we ran he speed up as well so it's really scary better not to be alone walk back hotel.
Overall, location and breakfast are good. Service could be improved imo.
