"Only good thing about this Aloft is the location. They won't store your luggage if you arrive early because they will spent all their affords to get you to pay the $42 to check in early. They make you just sit there in their lobby for hours until check in time. The free bar drinks was super water down. More then likely won't stay here next time in Cancun"

"It's a nice place, convenient if you need to go to the airport the next day, we stayed at the hotel just one day. The service was marvelous, very polite and open to help us. The check in was at 3pm but our room was ready around 1:30 so it was perfect for us. You can go by walk to several places, coffee shops, restaurants and plaza las Américas. My only problem was the humidity, the room didn't smell good but it was clean, I think it's an humidity issue."

"The hotel is really good. I booked the hotel with a nervous mood. But I was very satisfied with the final result. Facilities: To be honest, the facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner at the front desk is not cold (the room is cold). The room facilities are old. I found that the faucet was broken on the first day. Several holes of the shower head were blocked, causing water to leak. Hygiene: It was cleaned very cleanly. Environment: The hotel environment is very good. It has its own beach. The beach is fine, there are many parasols and many places to lie down. There are four hotels in total. Two of them require reservations. Generally, you can make an appointment as long as you make an appointment in advance. The hotel we booked is more delicious, especially the sunset barbecue, pasta and even salad, which are all above standard. Service: Amigo is really good. We did not give tips specifically. They are also very enthusiastic. Whether you give or not, their attitude is very friendly."

"Excellent hardware, disappointing service The hardware conditions are very good, and it is the newest hotel in the hotel zone. The view from the rooftop is excellent, with the Caribbean Sea on the left and the lagoon on the right. Under the sun, you can see 5/6 different colors of blue and green, which is very beautiful. The hotel is not All Inclusive, so it is relatively quiet, which is an advantage for us. But the software (service) is lame! 1. I placed a Didi deli order and informed the front desk in advance. The front desk said that they would not put it in the refrigerator, but the bar and restaurant are 10 steps away from the front desk, which is completely unreasonable. 2. The plane arrived at 7 am and arrived at the hotel at 7:30. The front desk told me that I could not check in early and had to wait until 3 pm. It was too dogmatic. But why can the airline staff check in early? 3. I asked for towels twice and waited for 40 minutes; I asked for facial tissues three times, and finally I went to find the waiter myself. 4. The handle of the shower was broken and the repair was not timely. 5. There are yellow watermarks and spots on the pillowcase. I stayed for 5 days. The hardware is really good, but the service is too bad. I will choose another hotel next time."

"A value for money or excellent value for money hotel, the price is pragmatic, the room is spacious, and the overall hotel is also very good. The service staff who cleaned the room forgot to clean it during the day, and then there were a lot of decoration noises. I don't know why, but it was very annoying. There is a restaurant below the hotel, open until two in the morning, and the quality is very good. However, the corresponding supermarket closes very early, so if you want to buy something to drink, you need to walk some distance to Starbucks."

"We made a reservation after reading reviews saying the Italian restaurant was delicious, but it turned out that the Italian restaurant was not included in the all-inclusive plan. However, the other food was also very good. We called to request drinks to be restocked in the fridge, but they never arrived. Although it was the low season, the pool was small and there were never any available seats. At night, there was live band music in the lobby, and we had a great time."

"The hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes."

"The service is very good, the room is clean, but in Latin America, you need to get toothbrush and toothpaste by yourself and the front desk. Great value for money. Restaurant prices are a little high, but delicious. The taste is good, and the cost of a dinner for two is about 300 US dollars"

"It was a wonderful experience. Especially room services for food at night were awesome. Playing beach volleyball was pretty fun. The broken door was terrible and the Italian restaurant service was not good but other than that overall is above the average."

"Not the first time. There are some nuances It is convenient if you are alone without luggage and you can get from the airport by bus to the bus station for 140 pesos and walk to the hotel in about 10 minutes. The hotel is certainly not new, but everything works. There is not enough blanket. I am always freezing under the air conditioner. And the pillows are also very bad. But the view is of the courtyard where the bar and pool are. And there is a balcony. There is a coffee machine. No refrigerator Good breakfasts. You can go out to the patio and eat leisurely. There are sun loungers by the pool. Also a plus Not far from the hotel there is a poke bar and a couple of other good places to eat. In general, it is inexpensive for one or two nights, considering the prices in Cancun, if you do not plan to constantly go somewhere."
