We also offer three boardrooms for meetings and events, and our beautiful terrace will accommodate up to 36 guests.
"Excellent hardware, disappointing service
The hardware conditions are very good, and it is the newest hotel in the hotel zone. The view from the rooftop is excellent, with the Caribbean Sea on the left and the lagoon on the right. Under the sun, you can see 5/6 different colors of blue and green, which is very beautiful.
The hotel is not All Inclusive, so it is relatively quiet, which is an advantage for us.
But the software (service) is lame!
1. I placed a Didi deli order and informed the front desk in advance. The front desk said that they would not put it in the refrigerator, but the bar and restaurant are 10 steps away from the front desk, which is completely unreasonable.
2. The plane arrived at 7 am and arrived at the hotel at 7:30. The front desk told me that I could not check in early and had to wait until 3 pm. It was too dogmatic. But why can the airline staff check in early?
3. I asked for towels twice and waited for 40 minutes; I asked for facial tissues three times, and finally I went to find the waiter myself.
4. The handle of the shower was broken and the repair was not timely.
5. There are yellow watermarks and spots on the pillowcase.
I stayed for 5 days. The hardware is really good, but the service is too bad. I will choose another hotel next time."
