Antibes Beach Hotels

"The hotel appears recently renovated, and overall we had a comfortable stay. As a 4-star hotel, expectations are naturally a bit higher, and in many areas the hotel delivers. The room was spacious by European standards, very clean, and offered enough storage for our 5-day visit. The shower was particularly good. The air conditioning worked well, and we often used it as white noise, which helped on nights when there was some street noise from nearby bars and restaurants. It was noticeable at times, but not excessive. One drawback was the TV selection, which included only a few English-language news channels. For a multi-day stay, we would have appreciated a bit more variety. Our main concern was the breakfast service. On each morning of our stay—regardless of whether we arrived at 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, or even 10:00—several items such as bacon, cheese, ham, and pastries were empty and not replenished during our time there (typically around 30 minutes). When we asked staff, we were told that earlier groups had finished the items. While they eventually restocked some of the food upon request, it took about 15 minutes and required prompting. For a 4-star hotel, a more consistent and proactive approach to replenishing breakfast items would make a noticeable difference to the overall experience."

"Black Diamond Partner Member First Negative Review for an ”Old Money” Hotel A room costing over 20,000 RMB per night, stayed for 5 nights. Half the time the room was poorly cleaned. For two days, the water glasses were taken away and no new ones were provided. For two days, there was no water in the room. When I asked housekeeping for water, they brought me chargeable water. Every day when I came back tired and hungry from outings, there were no glasses or water. I couldn't take it anymore and called to complain. The housekeeping manager came and gave me a bunch of nonsense, emphasizing that each person only gets one free bottle of water per day. Whether it's chargeable or not is a minor issue; his attitude and demeanor were disgusting. After I complained, she said she would communicate with the assistant manager, but I never received a feedback until check-out. Furthermore, I asked the hotel to book a restaurant across the street for me, but I didn't have their contact information. Several hours passed without a reply. Later, a female receptionist told me she had no obligation to (not...). (The person in charge) helped us book restaurants outside the hotel. What angered me most was that after checking out, the manager pulled us aside for a talk, saying the swimming pool had been closed for a day for cleaning because there was a pile of feces in it. They checked the security footage and found that only we and another family were there during that time, and later only we were left. Anyone who understands English can tell this is a sign of suspicion and extreme disrespect. Never step on a hotel with such poor service, distrust of and disrespect for its customers (or perhaps selective respect), and resolutely boycott it."

"The location of the hotel is very good, the door is the sea, along the coastline you can walk to the Picasso Museum. This section of the sea is very, very beautiful! The hotel is clean and the service is friendly. Very recommended!"

"The experience is amazing as they didn’t redecorated the exterior and it showed 3 stars even the trip.com showed 4 stars, once entering the room is amazing nice and modern and they even have a nice refrigerator to keep all your food in cold in the hot weather like this Aug and also the receptionist “ Susanna” is really so friendly and helpful makes my stay more pleasant! The buffet is amazing since usually French breakfast is really “ petit” but they have everything I like ( soy milk, salmon, eggs) I will definitely come back. The location is super convenient to go to sea side by 5 min walking!!!!"

"Enjoyed the stay in this hotel a lot. I stayed in an one bedroom suite, and it's absolutely lovely. The hotel is right by the sea and the room is super spacious. It's also within 5 mins walk from the iconic old town of Antibes where Picaso Museum is. There are plenty of really nice restaurants nearby including the only Michillen restaurant in the city, and the restaurant that Jeff Bezos went to this summer. The spa in the hotel is also a nice addition, I can't help using it a couple times a week. I'll highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antibes."

"Very good five star hotel. There are few people in the off-season, and the surrounding is the seaside. Can not park in the hotel's parking lot, expensive. There is a park around and you can park for free. Recommended breakfast."

Il est pratique que la plage soit à seulement 5 minutes à pied et que l'hôtel fournisse des serviettes de plage, des parasols et des chaises. "Very very satisfied! The hotel looks small, but the inside is very clean and comfortable! The bedding is very good, the quilt is very comfortable, although there is no elevator, but the total 3 floors are not inconvenient, there is a bus stop at the door, there are many buses to the beach, Antibes, train station, Nice Airport are all very convenient, from the old city vegetable market, port, seaside city wall, The Picasso Museum and so on are very close and the staff are very friendly!
