"This is my second year in a row staying at this hotel for business trips. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and it's very close to Chinatown. The first day, the bed was a bit dirty, but after I told a staff member, they changed it for us to a clean one. The hotel is in the city center, within walking distance of many attractions like the National Palace, churches, the Palace of Fine Arts, and the Bank Museum."
Hotels designed for those looking for an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication, with great details. All with an excellent service based on personalized and warm attention, and unparalleled hospitality. The hotels, located in the most spectacular destinations in Mexico, offer the ideal environment to live a memorable experience.
"Really good experience for one night if you have enough money. The buvet is the most comfortable I have tried in my life. The bellboy can store our luggage for free (seems that) which also save our time and money for traveling in other cities."
For its excellent location, the Holiday Inn Express Mexico Basilica is the best option for both business and leisure travelers. We are less than 15 minutes from the Mexico City International Airport, just 10 minutes from the Central Norte de Autobuses, 15 minutes from the Palacio de Bellas Artes and the historic center, main avenues such as Av. Circuito interior and Av. Calz de los misterios is nearby, giving you easy access to other areas of the city. Start your day with a complimentary American-style breakfast buffet, relax throughout the afternoon, and work out in the gym. At night, rest in comfortable rooms designed to give you the best night's rest. In addition, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a meeting room and a Business Center.
"The hotel exceeded expectations and is suitable for business and family travel. The room is relatively new, but the water pressure is not good if you live on the 5th floor. The surrounding environment of the hotel is a bit complicated. If you travel by Uber or Didi, you don’t have to worry. The police cars in Mexico City sound the alarm all night to crack down on crimes, which also disturbs the public. In short, the culture is there, but the development is indeed backward. The English penetration rate is average. If you don’t know Spanish, you won’t be able to survive in Mexico. However, Chinese brands are doing well in Mexico, and there are advertisements of Chinese brands everywhere."

"It cost around 200-300 pesos to get there by Uber from Mexico City Airport. The hotel has a beautiful and stylish design that's a joy to look at from the entrance, and you can enjoy the experience both on the way to the lobby and inside the hotel. The room was far away and a bit of a trek, but it was large and clean. Unfortunately, the shower was the fixed type without a hose, which is common in Central America. We had planned to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but it was expensive, so we bought tacos and other items from a nearby restaurant for breakfast."
