"Crystal Palace Hotel Pattaya - My Stay Experience
The hotel is located in Pattaya city center, about a 10-minute walk to the beach. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making its location very convenient. The room size is moderate, but the facilities are a bit dated. The air conditioning was noticeably noisy, and the mattress was quite firm, which affected my sleep quality. The bathroom has a reasonable wet and dry separation design, but some corners had mold stains, indicating that cleaning details need improvement.
The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in, but the front desk response was slow at night. The breakfast selection was limited, mainly consisting of simple Western dishes, and the taste was average. The rooftop pool offers an open view, but it's quite small and can get a bit crowded during peak hours.
Overall, as a budget hotel, the value for money is decent, suitable for short stays or travelers on a limited budget. If you're looking for a more comfortable experience, I'd suggest considering a higher-end hotel."
