we booked the loft duplex and it was just perfect for our family of 4. as soon as the staff realised that we had young kids, she quickly brought us children’s amenities. The room was clean, bright and had everything that we needed.  We had to leave at 7am for our flight which meant we’d miss breakfast. The staff was so thoughtful and packed us a bag of fruit, packet cakes, milk and even serviettes for the road and handed it to us the night before.  The room also had a great and relaxing view of the tea plantation, wish we could spend more time at the accommodation.

The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it is very close to the West Lake, which is very convenient for traveling. You can walk to the West Lake. The hotel also has a free gym and washing machine and dryer. You can also check in for afternoon tea at the hotel. It is very good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Hangzhou. I will recommend it to friends who come to Hangzhou for tourism. Not bad, like it 👍
