Atlantic County Beach Hotels

"We are not satisfied with the Front Desk Service. The staff in charge does not seem to be damiloar with group bookings and how additional group charged were arrived. Our booking consisting of four rooms was not organized thus causing a lot of confusions and miscommunications. Keycards and room assignments/charhes were interchanged. The rooms were old/ outdated"

"The hotel is located on the seaside casino, with an excellent location. Check-in is on the 11th floor, and the car is parked directly on the 11th floor. It's a pity that the weather was bad and it rained heavily, so I couldn't enjoy the blue sky and white clouds and the sea."

"We stayed here on an impulsive, impromptu trip to Ocean City a place we've never been. There was barely anyone here given the weather and time of year, but the room was sufficient for a family of 4 and our dog. No extra charge for pet fee, fridges in the rooms and a microwave in the front lobby. Considering the price of 70.00 including tax, it was perfect for our one night. Only negative was the small size of the bathroom and the needed updates for their bathrooms. Otherwise, great for what we needed!"

"Stayed over to see a show. They were sold out but we got the room through trip.com. Corner room was spacious, clean and had a great shower. Bathroom hair dryer wasn't working but they left an extra one. Got in later than we wanted due to traffic, went to the show, met with friends and ate late at night. Great selection available for late nite food. Burger was excellent (I'm picky about burgers). My only complaint - I thought the venue was too cold. Love that Hard Rock offer both smoking and non smoking rooms. I hate getting a room that has been smoked in."

"Well located, close to a bunch of nice restaurants. The room and the amenities were nice. The only bad thing was that we arrived one hour before the check-in time (4 pm) and they wanted to charge us ~$50 for an early check-in, so we had to hang out for an hour."

"Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range."
