Please use plasticware by the pool. Swim at your own risk. This is a private home and there is no lifeguard.Gas grill with propane tank is provided as well as barbecue tools in a case above refrigerator. We do not refill the propane tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20. Please shut off propane tank and clean the grill after each use.We do not supply firewood for the fire pit. Firewood can easily be purchased at Publix or the Ace hardware store, both a 5 minute drive.Please note we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and a security camera by the side entrance door that points toward the gate and driveway. They will record audio and video.No smoking/vaping in the house. There is a designated smoking area by the fire pit. Please dispose of ashes and butts in the firepit.Sometimes you may see our pool, lawncare and pest control vendors on the property. The pool is serviced on Mondays and lawn is serviced Thursdays. Pest control sprays quarterly.Any time guests leave the house, please ensure that all windows and doors are locked.Garbage trucks come on Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling (blue) cans are picked up on Thursdays. Because it only comes twice a week, there could be trash in the garbage can that does not belong to you. If you are staying on a garbage day, please bring the cans to the curb on the grass (not in the street) and bring them back by the shed once they are emptied.We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance as it provides peace of mind and financial protection in case unexpected events occur.
