This wonderful stand alone home on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Battery Park subdivision on Edisto is the perfect vacation spot for you and your family! It is located between holes 15 and 16 of the golf course and has panoramic views of the course, along with the river just across the street. Walk to restaurants, marina, beach and more! This house is FULLY stocked with everything you need! 4 Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler, boogie boards, beach toys, bocce ball, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook a gourmet meal for your family, including a grill on the back deck. Don't feel like cooking? No worries, there are tons of options you can walk or bike to! House sleeps 12 comfortably: 1 King and a set of fold out bunk beds in the master, 1 queen and a set of fold out bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom, plus a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The 3 full baths, plus an outdoor shower makes it easy for multiple families to stay. There is a 6 passenger golf cart available for rent at an additional fee with signed waiver. Low country Island golf and beach experience. Enjoy a laid back and relaxed experience. Beach, grocery store and restaurants are within a short distance. Pools and fitness center are available through the resort for a fee and can be purchased at waters edge. This unit is on the third floor and I don’t recommend if you have mobility issues.
