The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space. Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. "The hotel is definitely not 5-star. Name of hotel added Marriott because of which I booked it. Please don't mislead people. I was inside the room, and outside, there was the noise of so many people and children. It was looking like I was staying in a fish market not 5 star hotel. I could not sleep in the afternoon. When I checked in the afternoon, the whole gallery on the 3rd floor was smelling. People have kept half-finished food on a plate outside their room. Please ask the hotel to teach people staying there some manners. The lift had so much water that someone might have used the swimming pool and then used the lift. In my room, the handwash and lotion box were empty, no plastic bags in the dustbin. Overall, there was a serious hygiene issue."

"Athiva Resort is, without a doubt, the premier choice in Khandala. Our family enjoyed a truly memorable stay. The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. Culinary experiences were consistently excellent, highlighted by a fabulous and diverse breakfast spread. We are particularly grateful to Sakshi, Urmila, and Mr. Gupta for their attentive and gracious service in the dining area. We look forward to returning soon."

"Only Food was delicious. Services not so good. This hotel is by far below 4 star standards. We booked a executive room with lawn access, however the lawn was not well maintained and there was nothing personal with respect to lawn. Concrete path maintained to walk through to the lawn but the lawn was not even the length of pathway. When asked about the basic amenities such as dental kit and all, the hotel personal informed that these were chargeable. These are something which is expected from a 4 star hotel. When I asked about arrangements for my husband's birthday, neither the hotel personal allowed outside cake, nor they could arrange a cake by themselves. The decoration work was not allowed and the staff had no idea for any such arrangements."
