Our place is a super bright, incredibly clean, excellently appointed oceanfront condo with a view you are sure to love! Literally, a 2 minute walk to the beach! This new rental property will be your "go-to" favorite annual trip location. We really wanted to make sure everyone enjoys our special place as much as we do! Enjoy lazy days on the beach and at the pool, drinks on the deck, and exploring the quaint town of Duck. And BYOC (bring your own charcoal) for a nightly cook out in the courtyard area. So much FUN! We know you'll love Colony by the Sea (CBTS) as much as we do. It's a true gem in the Outer Banks! Ours is a first floor, end unit: no elevator, 2 short flights of stairs (building on pilings). We love to cook and entertain so we have a well-stocked kitchen, including basic spices, EVOO, balsamic vinegar and just about every utensil and baking/cooking tool we could think of.
