This magnificent property is located 40 feet above sea level on three acres with 700 feet of shoreline, where a wooden stairway leads you to a small, secluded beach. When calm, snorkeling and diving are some of the most pristine on the island. When the seas are rough, you can enjoy a dip in the hot tub or bask in the warmth on the huge deck while watching and enjoying the surf.
