The breakfast staff were also unfriendly; the noodle bar always served something different from what was advertised, and if you didn't grab your noodles right away, they'd shout at you. One of the heavier-set front desk staff acted as if I owed her a fortune. The room only had a small bottle of lotion on check-in day, and it was never refilled afterward.
