"On the way to Melbourne. An overnight stay. Cabin was decently cleaned. However oven was dirty. Gas ignition was not working properly. Need gas lighter to turn on the gas cooktop and gas oven. Location was pretty central to everything."

"I would really recommend anyone visiting Benalla to stay here. I accompanied my husband who was on a two day course in Benalla so comfortable accommodation was important. The position is great - within walking distance of anything you’d like to do. The room was beautifully clean and well equipped if you need to work at a table or relax on a comfortable setter. The bed had crisp white linen and very comfortable for a good might’s sleep. The heating in the room was very efficient and tea and coffee making facilities very welcome with microwave and toaster as an option. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast menu but it is a good option to have. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would love to come back again."

The House and Lodge are for 2 people, spotlessly clean, very quiet, very comfortable. A complimentary continental breakfast and tea and coffee facility is offered. Always welcomed with fresh flowers on the table and a chocolate or two. I highly recommend the accommodation. We will be back."
