"Overall, it was pretty good! The aunties (waitresses) at the restaurant were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, and the cleaning staff were also wonderful. However, the parking situation was a bit awkward. As a Tesla owner, I needed to charge my car at night, but several times the charging adapter wasn't returned to my car, and I had to call around to find it. Also, the toilet in the bathroom had to be repaired three times before they finally replaced a part, and then it worked fine."

"The location is a bit hard to find, but the staff were very friendly. The guests were also very welcoming. Located in downtown Berkeley, it's conveniently located with easy access to parking and banks. There's also a free gym nearby, a fully equipped shared kitchen, and very clean shared bathrooms. For expensive San Francisco, this price is definitely worth it."

"I used to stay at this hotel multiple times in the course of visiting family in the area. Parking was free, the hotel was well kept, and the free chocolate chip cookies were delicious. No more. The hotel installed a gate to the parking area, made no other visible changes, and now charges $40 per car per night. This is not downtown LA, this is a hotel located out in an open area away from crowded areas, with just a couple of adjacent commercial buildings nearby. There seems to be no reason to charge THIS LEVEL of overnight parking except to transfer funds from you to them. But more than that, the hotel has gotten noticeably shabbier. Dings and scuffs in hotel hallways not repaired, duct tape used as a ”fix” for torn and worn hallway carpeting, and even the cookies aren't as good. I will stay somewhere else next time."

"This hotel is designed by American architects and she is also the designer of the Chateau Khost. Castle-like lobby, exquisite indoor pool, quiet courtyard. All day coffee supply, the room is small but clean. The breakfast variety is not a lot, but it is very healthy. I like it very much, I still live this time."

Parking is at the parking lot next door for $23 a day. It is better than a motel in that it is a little quieter. The coffee provided is good. Also, the water seems to be purified and better than the average water in California."

"Bart stood out for a few minutes and was close to Berkeley University. The boss was very good. There is a refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle in the room, and the toiletries are Neutrogena. It is the soundproofing, the sound of the walk upstairs is very clear, surrounded by McDonald's, 85 degrees C, Chinese restaurants, supermarkets, it is convenient."

"As university environment, the neighborhood was loud at night, some young people screaming around. But as the structure is old, the noise was clearly recognizable inside. The breakfast is order per dish not buffet type. The bed is clean but everything very old. Shower pressure super weak. the key is with the design of some random very old studend IDs which was quite nice."
