"The front desk staff were very friendly and the place was clean because it was newly built. There was a supermarket right in front, and it was a great value for money accommodation. The bedding was also comfortable and nice!!"

"I'm giving 3.5 points to the male receptionist for his excellent service. He was always proactive in asking if I needed help when he saw I had a problem. When my room's heating wasn't working, even though he was busy, he first sent a colleague to check it out (though that person was pretty dismissive, just telling me to wait and that it would heat up soon 🙄). As soon as he was done with his other tasks, he came over with a toolbox to fix it himself. He even repeatedly apologized for the issue, which was very gentlemanly of him. On the other hand, the female receptionist was very perfunctory; she even forgot to give me the entrance code when I checked in, leaving me to freeze outside for quite a while."
