"For this hotel, I just want to say "it's all show". Hygiene: Dirty beyond words Facilities: Look at the second picture. The floor is not very obvious. Walking on it is like walking on stilts. If you dare to walk barefoot, you will definitely get your soles pinched. I tripped over the floor several times, but fortunately I didn't fall Environment: Figures 13 and 14, one is the overall environment and the other is the restaurant Service: Basically no service. When you check in, you are given a coupon telling you that you can get a discount at the restaurant, free drinks at the bar, etc., and then you remember this after you finish eating at the restaurant and pay the bill. You find the waiter and tell him a bunch of restrictions, but to no avail. Go to the rooftop bar, and there are a lot of restrictions. Speaking of the shuttle bus, we made an appointment for the Borobudur summit ticket at 9:30 the next morning, which requires you to be there 30 minutes in advance to wait. The swimming pool was very dirty and looked abandoned. The swimming pool next to the other restaurant did not have a mark on how deep the water was. My husband and daughter were 176 and 173 tall, and they went down to their necks. It's not that I don't want to spend money and want to take advantage of you, but as a consumer, I don't see your sincerity. When you give a discount, you clearly tell us what the discount does not include. It requires buy one get one free. Please write it in a bigger font, and don't print the restrictions in tiny words on a piece of paper that is not big and full of advertisements. For the price of 2,000 per night, I am extremely disappointed."

"A convenient location to cover burobodur. After we landed in YIA, we took a car to check into le temple directly. The journey took slightly more than an hour as there is no highway but the road condition is good. The villa is unique as we needed the bathroom on the lavel with the bed, they helped us to make provision for it. Breakfast is a la carte with a few dishes to choose from and the cooking is exquisite. We also took their VIP option tour option to burobudor and entered the monument thru the VIP centre. The tour included the car, tickets and the guide. We also get the car to cover the batik outlet and the restaurant for lunch which was customised and additional requests from us. If we do return, we will stay again in this restful hotel. The team of staff is warm and professional."

"My room washroom encounter the stinky smells on the 1st night, very unfortunate the phone inside the room also out of order too. I’ve to close the door properly before sleep yet still have unpleasant smells in the room. I’ve told the night shift front desk officer about it, however he seems don’t understood and didn’t get the issue settle. Hence, I’ve requested to upgrade on the next day to the day time front desk officer, Herman if the issue can’t be solved. However, it’s fully booked, so I felt upset and helpless. Therefore, I’ve stressed to him I’m unable to give good rating in this case and get him to my room and experience it. He immediately understood the issue and get someone to resolve the issue after I went out for early dinner. Afterwards the issue only comes back in a while and gone. Herman had got the cleaner take note of the issue too over the 6 days 5 nights stay. I would like to give the compliment to Herman for this case. Besides, though the breakfast served only simple food, however I think is good for nutrition and everything are fresh. Especially the juice and fruit sections."
