"I booked the venue two weeks in advance and they charged my credit card the full amount of 587.50 for 2 nights. I asked if there was a parking nearby should I travel by car. They said we have one, but you need to confirm. Then I noticed they had charged my card for 50 swissfrancs for parking. I asked them to return the money and that they did not have the permission to use my card without my confirmation. They told me off!!! Then they tried to reuse my card to charge me the full amount of 587.50 again for my stay! Thankfully, it didn't go through. So they sent me a message to say your reservation was canceled for your attitude and that I should look for a doctor to heal me! They blocked me and never paid back the first 587.50 that they had charged me. I had to look for a new place during ART BASEL, 2 days before the event! If you want to get ripped off and insulted, go there. Otherwise, let's make sure thieves don't steal from honest people again. If you want to to get"

"Excellent structure, new and equipped with all the essentials. The receptionist was very kind and very thorough, as was the very attentive supervisor who takes care of the arrangement of the rooms. The cleanliness is truly impeccable, the welcome attentive and heartfelt, the parking large and convenient and the area very quiet. I found the bed more comfortable than ever, super soft pillows included. Even the laundry smelled very good. The air conditioning made the heat of the season infinitely more bearable, fortunately and you can adjust it conveniently through a display on the wall of the room. I did not turn on the TV but, since it is also super new, I imagine it is better than a cinema."
