"The hotel facilities and hardware are good, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is rich. The only thing that is surprising is the service attitude, especially at the front desk. During the entire check-in, the person was cold and dejected, as if she owed her two buckets of rice. Breakfast The waiter also had no sense of service. When asked if there were fried eggs, the answer was no. The machine was broken, as if it was a matter of course. Western pastries were provided for breakfast, but no knives and forks were provided. I had to spread the bread with my mouth and dig out the jam with chopsticks! As a service industry, I believe this is closely related to the general manager of the hotel.
