It has a range of amenities, two local shops (5mins walk from the Cottage), 2 popular pubs/restaurant. Near to Louth , a traditional market town, Cadwell Park and Cleethorpes a thriving seaside resort. Surrounding beautiful Wolds can be seen from the bedroom window and offers many scenic walks. In winter months visit Donna Nook and see the seals and their pups.The cottage has a spacious upstairs bedroom with patio doors overlooking the tranquil gated pond, (where guest may sit). Kingsize bed with wardrobes and dressing table/work station. The downstairs is open plan with the kitchen area being fully equipped with an oven, Induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, airfryer and toaster. It has a large breakfast bar with seating. There is a large wet room with shower, sink and toilet, towels are provided. The cosy lounge area has sofas and a flat screen TV with freeview and fire place.
