"The rooms and decor are quite refined and very photogenic. Although the room is small, it's fully equipped. It's very close to Termini Station and not far from the main attractions. There are plenty of supermarkets and dining options nearby; the closest supermarket is just around the corner, about 50 meters away on foot. If you arrive early or leave late, you can store your luggage yourself in a small room next to the front desk, which might be a coffee room. I personally feel it's safe. The coffee room has water and a restroom, making it convenient to sit and rest. The hotel has a small, old-fashioned elevator, but there's a flight of stairs from the entrance to the elevator, which can be a bit challenging if you have large suitcases. The shower stall is a bit peculiar, with half glass and half curtain, but it's generally functional. The room heating is excellent; after getting caught in the rain outside, it was instantly warm and dry inside!"

"Great hotel. If they hang a few pictures on the wall, it would be a better than average 4 star hotel! Nice clean and almost new looking facility with spacious room, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, good sized balcony, and great service.! I arrived at noon and was greeted by 5he staff warmly, and told room was not ready, but offered a drink (I took a glass of wine) and a piece of pastry and was informed when room was ready by WhatsApp. Breakfast was pretty good considering that it was included. About 15 min easy walking from Roma Termini. Nothing to complain. Strongly recommended."

"Just checked out of the hotel and want to write a review right away. I really liked the hotel. It is located close to all the attractions, within walking distance. The Colosseum is 15 minutes away. In the Jewish quarter, where there are several restaurants with kosher cuisine. The breakfasts are super! Served exquisitely. Lots of desserts, fruits. The service staff is polite. The rooms are interesting. Towels and robes are of good quality. Toiletries are available."

"This time, I stayed at a hotel that seems to be a popular choice among Chinese travelers, and my overall experience was pretty good. The only downside was the front desk staff's attitude – they were consistently cold and indifferent. There were no greetings when we came and went, and even when we initiated a hello, we only got dismissive responses. What was even more frustrating was the rather large staff member at the restaurant entrance who just stood there expressionless every time we passed by, which gave a very unwelcoming impression. However, the restaurant and housekeeping staff were all very warm and friendly, which definitely redeemed a lot of my impression of this stay."

"It’s not very easy to find, it’s still upstairs, and someone helps to find it downstairs by mistake, otherwise it’s troublesome...more like a homestay...the reception is more friendly and welcoming, if not, it’s worth a bad review...Breakfast is under the complain, it really feels like the school “canteen aunt” “fedding” is not a self-service, there is nothing to eat or choose from, In this way, breakfast has to buy something to eat outside... It is not close to the subway, it is not bad to walk ten minutes from St. Peter's Basilica... In addition, I can't see any landscape... I will come to Rome next time but I will definitely not live here!"

"Pros: For a European hotel, the room was quite spacious, and it even had a small single sofa and a desk. A nice touch was the provision of disposable slippers and bathrobes. The bathroom facilities were new and very clean. Cons: It's located near the main street, and the soundproofing isn't great. I could hear cars roaring all night, which made it hard to sleep. If you're staying here, I'd recommend asking the front desk for a quiet room away from the street."

"The room was decent. It was a standard double room with an added sofa bed, which worked for the three of us, though it felt a bit snug. It featured a small balcony with floor-to-ceiling doors and curtains. Both the facilities and service were satisfactory. Breakfast offered a good variety. There's also a highly-rated restaurant on the top floor; we received a discount card for it, but didn't get a chance to use it. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be that among the colorful flags displayed at the hotel entrance, the Chinese flag 🇨🇳 was noticeably absent."

"Very lovely! And very friendly and welcoming receptionist (I don’t know his name but he was great and checked me in quickly as I arrived quite late) helped me get my shuttle to the airport and get breakfast on time!  Really appreciate. Room was nice. Only issue was the shower very powerful and hot but was flooding and entered the room small and wasn’t sure how to prevent that"

"We were very pleased with the hotel and stayed there at both the beginning and end of our trip to Italy. We rented a car at the airport and parked it right in front of the hotel's door in a private courtyard. That was very convenient. I believe they charged us about 35 Euros each night for that perk. The hotel was luxurious, and the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. They had someone carry our bags to and from our room during check-in and check-out. Everything in the large room worked; it was clean, and there was a safe to store your valuables. As Americans, a few reminders or unexpected things to note. You'll need a power adapter (easily purchased on Amazon) and, unless you bring a voltage converter, make sure any appliances (CPAP, travel steamer/iron, etc) are compatible with both 110V and 220/230V. We didn't find washcloths in any of the hotels in Italy, so we just used hand towels in the shower. The shower at this hotel (both rooms) was a bath/shower combination. There was no shower curtain or door, only a small partition near the removable shower head to keep the water from splashing everywhere, which it basically did. While it is a beautiful historic building, there are a couple of elevators at this hotel, so you don't need to lug your stuff up a bunch of stairs. The room key is enormous and they only give you one. We kept ours in the car whenever we left the hotel so we wouldn't carry it around. Even though we had a car, we found it more convenient to leave it at the hotel and take an Uber to Vatican City rather than walk more than a mile each way, which we also did twice. The area surrounding the hotel was historic and lots of fun. Plenty of places to shop and eat. The breakfast buffet at the hotel each morning was also superb. Plenty of hot and cold items to fill you up before trekking out. That's about it. Don't forget to check out the view from the rooftop at the hotel. Have a great time in Rome!"
