"Excellent apartments. Small but cozy area. Gorgeous pool. Not far from the street where the nightlife is. Great room. There are small nuances, like a hook for towels in the bathroom, but these are all trifles when you come with a positive attitude on vacation But there is one problem. When checking in, there was no one at the reception. I had to go to another place and register. Although the website warned that late check-in"

"Great location - 1 minute to the sea, private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. Excellent all inclusive for the money! The food is delicious - chicken, beef, fish too) good fresh vegetables, excellent watermelons) there is a good selection of delicious desserts) Drinks - good beer, cocktails took gin with sprite - delicious) dry red wine, white is quite decent) Rooms - clean, small, with air conditioning, balcony. The furniture is not new, but very decent! We had a regular room on the second floor, the plumbing is updated, the room has a refrigerator, hair dryer, the bed is normal) cleaning, change of towels - every day. Nice pool, clean, with sun loungers. The hotel area is small, but clean! The staff always washes everything) And since the sea is nearby and there are many cafes and beaches - there is where to walk) Very polite staff! The guys at the bar, the waiters, the reception and the kitchen - well done! The only thing is that the carpets in the halls need replacing. Otherwise - very good)"

"I stayed at the hotel from 06/02/2025 - 13 nights. I don't want to leave! I feel very comfortable here and liked everything. A quiet, peaceful hotel without the hustle and bustle and a huge number of people. I had half board: buffet breakfast (great variety) and dinner (6 menus to choose from, which includes soup, salad, usually seasonal, and a second course) The room was cleaned every day, no complaints, they left 1.5 liters of drinking water. There is also a kitchen with everything you need, all the dishes and cooking utensils. In the evenings it is calm and quiet, in the distance you can hear a little music from the neighboring hotel. Birds sing all day, also a lot of swallows with nests) 3 pools + 1 children's, decent outdoor furniture and sun loungers. There is no beach 👎 It is located on a slope - a very beautiful panorama and not far from all the points of attraction in the city. Dinner in the room from half board is not possible 🚫 At the reception, 1 employee speaks Russian very well, with the rest of the staff through a translator, if you do not know English. Transfer to the airport - 1700 lira (38 euros), the staff themselves will call a taxi for you 🚕 It is better to take a room with a sea view, it will be on the 2nd floor and always a peaceful view! Also in the rooms there are panoramic windows and nets ✅"

"The hotel/apartment was absolutely phenomenal! It had very modern facilities and amenities. It was a clean and modern apartment. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows and quiet at night. Very nice shower. I loved the use of the oven in the kitchen as well as the washing machine in the bathroom. The grounds were kept very neat and clean. I had a lovely view from my porch. It is a bit of a hike to get down the hill to the closest grocery store and then to bring your groceries back up. Another disadvantage of the location is that it is difficult to get a ride from their local rideshare app. However, there are taxis in the area. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was professional and friendly!"

"Disadvantages: The room is relatively small, and the supporting hardware is average and meets basic needs. The sink is small and there is no desk. There is no place to store skin care products and cosmetics. The lighting is also not good, so I can’t see my face clearly with makeup on. Pros: The location is good, you can walk to the beach in five or six minutes. It takes about ten minutes to reach the castle and pier. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich and you can eat it on the rooftop, where you can see the sea. The service is very good and quite enthusiastic."

"Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food. Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant. They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us. The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests! Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!"
