"Convenient location for tourists. Nearby is a large market, cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, and a laundry. The staff is great and very helpful. Breakfast is buffet style and starts at 8:00 a.m. – delicious, but minimal. There's a beautiful pool area with lounge chairs. There's a washing machine and a shared water cooler. Inside, the room itself is unkempt and stale, with scuffed walls. Something isn't working or broken. It's uncomfortable, and there's not enough space for personal belongings. Suitable for a very short trip of a couple of nights."

"It's the only hotel where I can truly enjoy a holiday. There's no hustle and bustle. It's a compact hotel with easy access to everything. The sea is wonderful when you enter from the pier. The beach side is rocky. However, the pier is facing the sea, and the pool is behind. We loved the food, and it was varied. It's a place I'd love to visit again. I recommend it to families with children. But if you're looking for entertainment, music, and evening parties, don't go; it won't meet your expectations."

"Loved our stay for 2 nights. The service was much better than other hotels we have stayed at in Turkey. The little things matter like waitresses checking every time your drink looked low and providing another and arranging archery for our boys even though we missed the designated time. Yassine in the animation was awesome getting the dancing going and constantly smiling. Food was good for an all inclusive and plenty to eat whatever time of day. We used the tennis courts and basketball courts and table tennis. Views are lovely and smart jetty’s over the water for sun bathing and decent small beach. Pool and sun bathing area is nice and clean."

"City hotel with a great location, in the very center of the city on a pedestrian street. Helpful staff, always ready to help. The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily, shampoo, shower gel and soap were always available, there are more than one pair of slippers in the room. A very comfortable bed, there is a warm blanket, after sleep I felt rested and full of energy. Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 10.00 standard Turkish breakfast of a city hotel, everything is fresh and there is enough of everything, there are even local pastries. My room was on the third floor with a sitting area and a terrace, there is furniture on the terrace - a sofa, two armchairs and a table, in the evening a beautiful view of the bay opens from the terrace. All day I explored the surroundings of Bodrum and in the evening it was nice to enjoy the evening coolness in a conversation on the terrace. After a week's stay at the hotel, only warm memories and a desire to come back again remained. The only thing I missed was the lack of a clothes dryer on the terrace."

"Отель находится в очень красивом месте. Рядом автовокзал, удобно приехать туда из Бодрума на маршрутном автобусе. Нужно брать номер с балконом, чтобы насладиться прекрасными видами и закатом под бокал вина. Номер с балконом очень маленький, но чистый и уютный. Другие номера почти в два раза больше. Но вид с балкона затмевает все неудобства. Не понравилось то, что очень долго готовят завтрак. Начало завтрака в 9 утра, полностью весь завтрак принесли в 10 утра. Если бы у нас была экскурсия или трансфер - это было бы не удобно. На завтраке открываются восхитительный вид на бухту. Отель рекомендую, именно номер с балконом."

"The reception behavior is incredibly bad, they do not behave in a humane way, it is a pity, they did not help in any way, I went to the reception 5 times until they gave me my room, they said come back later etc. it is very bad, I definitely do not recommend it, the food is extremely sloppy and of poor quality, I did not even see anyone smiling, let alone laughing, from the staff, only the snack restaurant's kitchen is very successful, the main kitchen is a complete fiasco."

"Disadvantages: The room is relatively small, and the supporting hardware is average and meets basic needs. The sink is small and there is no desk. There is no place to store skin care products and cosmetics. The lighting is also not good, so I can’t see my face clearly with makeup on. Pros: The location is good, you can walk to the beach in five or six minutes. It takes about ten minutes to reach the castle and pier. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich and you can eat it on the rooftop, where you can see the sea. The service is very good and quite enthusiastic."

Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. "Front desk: I have been to so many countries and stayed in so many hotels, but I have never encountered such a warm front desk. I forgot the name of the lady who checked me in and the lobby manager, but they were very nice and gave me a lot of advice. A little tidbit is that there was also a local football team staying there at the time, and we chatted for a while and it was fun. Room: Very clean and beautiful, it is said to be renovated. The Aegean Sea is stunning when you look out the window! Breakfast: OK, the boiled eggs are surprisingly delicious😂😂 Beach club: The hotel has its own beach, which requires a shuttle bus, but it is very good and the service is very thoughtful. The hotel is on the mountain, and when I arrived, I found that it seemed difficult to get a taxi everywhere in Bodrum. Maybe this city itself is more suitable for self-driving. I regretted returning the car at the airport😅"
