Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. С точки зрения атмосферы это, наверное, лучший бюджетный отель в Турции. И в самом номере, и во дворе было очень много любопытных деталей, превращающих обычный отель в сказочное место. Когда переступаешь через порог оранжевых ворот, на которых написано наименование отеля, видишь, что стены разукрашены цветами, птичками, деревьями. Повсюду стоят вазы с растениями и разные статуэтки в виде зверей, птиц, гномиков. На колоннах висят лампы, которые вечером создают уютную атмосферу. Вечером вообще очень здорово посидеть во дворе, тем более что в конце него есть диван с подушками. Также всегда можно выпить чашечку чая (есть разный на выбор) и кофе. В номере много милых деталей. Стены также украшены наклейками в виде птиц и растений, занавески в таком же стиле. У нас была картина с экзотической птицей, зеркало в деревянной раме, деревянный шкафчик с разноцветными вешалками внутри. В ванной стоял горшочек с искусственным растением. На многих ручках и поверхностях были рисунки в виде цветов. Из удобств: две бутылки воды, две салфетки со спиртом, на столике таблички с указанием всех каналов, которые есть на телевизоре и напоминанием о завтраке и выезде, чистое постельное бельё, полотенца, гигиенический набор (мыло, шампунь, кондиционер для волос, ватные палочки). Правда предоставили только одну пару тапочек, но это не так важно. Кондиционер исправно работал, холодильник тоже был, но он нам не понадобился. К сожалению, в ванной был очень слабый напор воды, и температура плохо регулировалась. Мы останавливались на одну ночь, поэтому так и не обратили внимание персонала на эту проблему. Не знаю, актуально это только для второго номера или для всех остальных тоже. Не очень удачным нам показалось расположение номера, поскольку он был на первом этаже, и окно выходило на ресепшен. Хочется видеть красивый вид из окна, а не закрываться занавесками, но отель маленький, и только половина номеров располагается на втором этаже. Из небольшой территории стараются извлечь максимум пользы. В стоимость был включён шведский стол на завтрак. Предлагали много всего: картошку фри, омлет, варёные яйца, колбасу, сыр, овощи (помидоры, огурцы и авокадо), оливки, разные варенья, булочки, шпинат, арбуз и виноград. Также там были разные хлопья с молоком и много одноразовых добавок к хлебобулочным изделиям (сыр, джем, нутелла и т.д.). Когда мы пришли, всё было аккуратно закрыто либо крышками, либо пищевой плёнкой. Очень приятно было завтракать в таком месте. Расположение отеля отличное, он близок к пляжу и главным улицам Бодрума. В общем, уникальный отель с неповторимой атмосферой.

The hotel was booked for 1 night because they were travelling. Location super, 3 minutes to the sea, in the very center, opposite the cafe, next door the SOK store building. Very beautiful yard, stylish. The rooms are small, but everything is so conveniently arranged and everything is. You can ask for a tug on the respiratory. The room is clean. Not hot, the air conditioner has not even used, the rooms are light, not pressing. There is a parking, without it is certainly problematic, as the center, for us was also an important moment.

The hotel offers beautiful facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and an excellent water park that children will truly enjoy. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by a disappointing level of service. Service around the pools was virtually non-existent, and the dining area was often poorly maintained, with tables left uncleared for extended periods. It was also common to wait a long time for basic items such as cutlery. In addition, the food selection was quite repetitive, with very little variety throughout our stay. Having visited Bodrum several times and stayed at a number of resorts in the area, I can honestly say this was the most disappointing in terms of service. I expected a much higher standard, especially given the hotel’s facilities and reputation. Overall, if you’re looking for a truly relaxing, high-quality resort with attentive service, I would recommend considering other options. I left feeling disappointed and, unfortunately I’m happy to leave

Pros Location is great and close to everything. Food is actually decent for an all inclusive (not the best but you have options to pick what you like). Drinks are available all day, although not premium the local beer was nice and the piña coladas were nice but needed more alcohol. The spa is included and the pool was quiter there and also the hamam and sauna was free. Massage was offered as additional but the price was cheap. Cons The rooms are in need of refurbishment. We had ants in our room although we never had any food or spillages My partners bracelet was missing from the room, we were never drunk and certain it was left in the room. We reported it but never had any updates back from them. No iron is provided so bring your own. The hairdryer wasnt working although they replaced it within 30mins. The beach is average I've seen worst but not the best. Wake up early if you want a sunbed next to the beach as they get taken pretty fast (no drink service at the beach either). I would say this hotel is probably a 3-4 star and not a 5 star experience.

Завтраки потрясающие, большой выбор фруктов. Голодными точно не останетесь. Русских совсем не было. В отеле тихо, спокойно. Погулять ездила к друзьям в Scorpios, там крутые вечеринки с диджеями, ну и на Ялыковак Марина. Рекомендую

A rather pleasant hotel, more of a beach club. There's always something going on, always music, small two-story buildings, and a private pier-like beach. There's a great table tennis area. The food is decent—you won't go hungry, everything is tasty, but nothing fancy. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent internet; it was surprisingly convenient to work. On the downside: the rooms are a bit dirty, cleaned with a formal walk-through with a wet rag, which takes about two minutes (really). Also, the sound quality in the rooms is fantastic. I could only sleep with earplugs, even when the ”disco” was turned off (which even earplugs didn't help; you'd literally vibrate to the bass).

We arrived at the hotel in the morning at about eight, they didn't make us wait long and checked us in almost immediately, offered tea. However, an important note: when I booked it was indicated that it would be a standard room without a sea view, but in the end we checked into a club room and supposedly with a sea view. In response to my comment, they said that alas, it was the Bayram holiday and they couldn't offer a room in the main building because it supposedly had a sea view. It was an unpleasant incident. It turns out that in order to be sure that they will check you into a room in the main building, you need to take a standard room with a sea view. The breakfasts were delicious: different types of cheeses, sausages, soup, eggs, omelette, buns, fruits, honey in the comb was especially pleasing, vegetables, sweets, greens - a buffet. They bring drinks that you ask for. The hotel grounds are very beautiful and green. Very beautiful architecture. However, there are some problems with hot water in the rooms, mostly we had to wash in lukewarm water. In general, all the issues that were resolved quickly: bring water, fix the phone, change the towels, change the bucket in the bathroom, call a taxi. Another point, the METT hotel is located nearby, which played loud music until late, which was not very pleasant for us, since we like peace and quiet. In general, we have very pleasant memories of the hotel.

We chose the hotel the same day, and our reservation was confirmed very quickly. We arrived and were checked in at 2:00 PM. The staff is very responsive and strives to make our stay comfortable. The hotel manager, Elham, is always accommodating, paying attention to everyone, and trying to smooth over any negatives. The hotel is small but cozy—I'd say family-friendly. The grounds are compact. The rooms are new and quiet. Cons: We were given a room without a balcony, and we asked to change it, but it didn't work out. ((( Although the photos show a balcony, drying clothes is problematic. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and there's no mosquito net on the window. The food, especially at lunch, is very poor, and there's often no choice. ((( There are no names for the dishes. Regarding the sun loungers, everything was fine for the first two days, but then the hotel was completely full. We occupied the loungers at 7:30, and then went to bed. The first line of the beach downstairs is public. There is entertainment, but at the same time, there isn't any. The female animator didn't do anything at all, she was constantly on her phone, and the guy was trying to act out something. Activities included darts, water polo, and that's all. ((( They periodically forgot to start darts. Water polo was available during the hottest part of the day; they could start at 2:00 PM (right after lunch), or at the very least, at 3:00 PM. The hotel is a solid C-star. , 4* doesn't pull.
