The dedicated office nook, play area, and one bedroom are upstairs. Given the year built, please note that the stairs are steep and the clawfoot tub is higher than the average bath tub, so please be careful when stepping in and out. Although this house is located on Cal young road, traffic noise is not very noticeable inside the home, but is possible.The entire house, gorgeous backyard, and patio are yours to enjoy. The washer and dryer are in the garage along with a ping pong table.Important notes:* The backyard is beautiful but please be careful when walking around. In the summer and early fall, there are many apples, pears, and plums that will inevitably fall on the ground.
