"We had a wonderful time at this establishment. The welcome was warm upon our arrival, and throughout our stay, the staff was attentive and helpful. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and offer all the comforts needed after a day on the slopes. The restaurant is also a highlight: the meals were varied, plentiful, and delicious, perfect for recharging your batteries after skiing. The location is perfect for skiing enthusiasts. Access to the slopes is quick and convenient, allowing you to fully enjoy the ski area without wasting time. After skiing, the relaxation area is a real plus, with a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the overall ambiance, which is conducive to meeting people and having a good time with friends. The establishment offers excellent value for money, and we will not hesitate to return for a future mountain getaway. A big thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable stay! "The food was a standout. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety on the buffet for both meals from healthy to treats, aswell as 3 courses in your evening meal. So picky eaters will be happy here. The location is ideal the hotel is just behind the main highstreet so a quick walk to the bars and shops but away from the apres noise. Short uphill walk to nearest chair lift but I’d recommend buying a €10 bus pass at the hotel reception so you can reach the further away quieter chairlift. Room immaculately clean. We had a lovely view too. The place is obviously managed very well, the team are fab. Sauze has a great atmosphere that really suited us as a solo couple we met great people and if you book through Crystal they offer extra activities like pub crawls, ski away days, apres in Sestriere you can book onto in your welcome meeting so definitely go to it!"
