I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable with 2 double beds. The hotel has a large green area – there's a livelier zone for families with kids and a quieter zone for relaxation, so everyone can find a spot they like. The breakfasts were excellent. The only thing that stood out was the old elevators in the main building; they could really use a renovation. Overall, I recommend the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, much better than some reviews suggested. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The breakfast spread was good, and they had a promotion where two people could eat for just 400 THB. There are two small pools, but they're not really suitable for swimming – more for taking photos and relaxing. There's a small path open during the day that leads to Karon Beach, about a 5-minute walk, but it's still a bit far from the main bustling area. The only issue was at checkout. It was midday, and I waited a long time for staff to bring my luggage up, even after several reminders. I later found out they use a hotel car to bring all luggage to the lobby at once. If you're in a hurry, it's probably better to carry your own bags up.

The room view was great, and while it seemed a bit tricky to find at first, once you got the hang of it, it was quite easy. This was our second hotel, and check-in was delayed until after 3 PM. Communication was a bit difficult without Chinese, so we used a translation app for more complex requests. The direct beach access was a huge plus; it was a convenient 10-15 minute walk along the beach to the nearest 7-Eleven and various restaurants. Walking up the steep slope from the hotel entrance to the main road was a bit of a workout. Don't forget to take some beautiful photos when the sunset is stunning! The hotel app was very convenient for ordering food and requesting extra toiletries/towels for the room. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities are a bit old but well-maintained. The tap water from the sink was yellowish, even when wrapped in a face towel, but that's just how the tap water is in Phuket. Our child loved the diving board and used it every day for the first time. Overall, we really enjoyed it. There's also an adults-only pool on higher ground with great views, but kids aren't allowed there.

A wonderful hotel on Karon Beach. The rooms are large and spacious, with multiple balconies and beautiful views. The bed is big and comfortable, and the kitchen is good and roomy. The staff are polite and always ready to help. There's a large swimming pool, and room cleaning is well done. The room has everything you need. The hotel staff are wonderful, kind, and responsive people. The ladies at reception are very kind, and the security guards at the entrance are always friendly; everyone is very welcoming. I highly recommend this place. It's the best hotel on Karon Beach.

We booked a 2 br pool villa. The kids dived in the small pool right away after check-in in the evening. Breakfast for villa guests comes with choice of locations - the Lounge (with AC) or the buffet restaurant (w/o AC). The food quality of the lounge (à la cart) is not as good as the buffet. There are three pools in the entire premises, but the one with the slides kept most of the kids. Good value for money overall and fair choice for families. As the hotel is close to the busy streets, you get the convenience of having a drink with friends when the kids are sleeping 😁

The hotel is good overall, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there were a few issues during my stay. The washbasin in the room had some problems, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the room was located far from the reception area, and I had to take a shuttle bus to get there, which made it less convenient when going back and forth. With a few improvements, this could be a great place to stay.

No swimming pool. The curtains are blackout. The children's room came with toys and snacks. The bunk beds are around 1.4m, which made it difficult for someone around 1.55m to get down from the top bunk. The hotel offers a lunch buffet; my family said it was buy-one-get-one-free and included salmon. Downstairs there's a wholesale market for Guangzhou clothes, and the prices were good enough to buy some. Massages nearby are very cheap. There's street BBQ outside the hotel at night, which was delicious 😋. However, the massage inside the mall was terrible. My father's feet were badly cut; they clearly don't know how to do a pedicure.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. We came for our anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a fruit platter and a plate of sweets. Thank you so much!

The front desk staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. The room was spacious with nice, fluffy towels and always fresh linens. There was even an ironing board and iron in the room.

My only minor complaints are some dust in the corners of the room and on the shelves, and the vacuuming in the bathroom wasn't thorough enough, nor was the wet cleaning of the living room table.

The breakfast food was delicious and varied. There was a good selection, including Indian, Chinese, European, and Thai cuisine. They also had a station for local drinks and tasty coffee from a machine.

As for a minor drawback, I did see a cockroach scurrying towards the fruit station. But I guess he was a local just visiting the kitchen to check if the fruit platters were full enough. :)

Fantastic hotel! The service was incredibly attentive, everything was spotless and hygienic, and the breakfast offered a great variety. I especially loved the welcome bar – the atmosphere was fantastic, and they had live music. It's also super close to the shopping mall; you can get there directly via elevator, so the weather outside doesn't matter at all. My only minor complaint is that the sauna was a bit small. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

An experience that exceeded expectations! The overall service was beyond what I anticipated, though specifically on the first day, the front desk staff were lovely and provided excellent service. The security guard was also very nice. However, the breakfast service was below the standard of even a roadside stall. There's no need to compare it to hotel-level service. I won't be going back.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 15-minute walk from Wat Saket (Golden Mount). The Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaeo (Temple of the Emerald Buddha), and Wat Pho are only a few minutes away by motor-taxi. Being right next to the Chao Phraya River, you can also take a boat to Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn). The hotel's facilities are great; the wet and dry areas in the bathroom are well-separated. The bed in the room is very comfortable, and there are power outlets conveniently located by the bed for charging. The room itself has a very stylish design, with a view of the pool from the room, yet you can't see into the rooms from the pool. The swimming pool downstairs is also quite nice and perfect for tourists.

The hotel is quite decent, not too expensive, and the location isn't too far off. It's suitable for families. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of dishes, almost every cuisine is represented.

The hotel is a low rise building about 8-storey. It locates close to Central Marina mall about 600-800m in walking distances. There are 7-11 , chinese restaurants and a large massage shop and a Runway market nearby which sells street foods and local fruits and souvenirs. We got a large connecting room for 4 persons with 2 bathrooms. Very spacious and comfy. The building a bit old, but overall is not bad. There are a small swimming pool and fitness with sauna room and steam room in the hotel. The drawback of this hotel is only a parking lot which doesn’t seem enough at the night time. The alley in front of the hotel may be flooded in the rainy season which may drown your car. Be careful!
In a nutshell, overall is good to excellent for the experiences. Love the space of the room and the comfy bed.

Overall, the service and everything else was satisfactory. However, I'd like to provide some feedback:
1. There was a thick layer of dust under the bed, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
2. The bathroom had a pungent chemical smell.
3. The shower didn't drain properly, leaving standing water on the tile floor.
