The hotel facilities are complete and clean, and the service is warm and friendly. Bottled water is always available, and the surrounding area is great with plenty of food and drink options. Most importantly, the location is very convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk from the South Station: after exiting, turn right and walk straight, then turn right at the end of the road. After walking for three or four minutes, cross the street, and you'll see it on the southwest corner. For those flying, the S1 subway goes directly to the airport, taking about an hour.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the location was convenient for getting around. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. It was excellent value for money, and my stay was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

The hotel was great, the location was excellent, and the receptionist even upgraded our room. The breakfast was very good and suited our tastes perfectly. We had a wonderful time in Nanjing and a fantastic experience. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Nanjing.

Cleanliness was terrible. We checked in too late on the first day and didn't check the sheets. We left early the next morning and didn't notice anything either. When we checked out, we found bloodstains on the bed and around the pillows! (We weren't injured and weren't menstruating.) The key thing is, the housekeeper came to clean the room, but she didn't notice anything! We told the front desk about the bloodstains when we checked out, and they just said, ”We'll be more careful next time!” What kind of service is that? The room also smelled musty and even smelt cigarettes at night! The electric curtain button wouldn't open or close, and I have no idea what it does. On the bright side, the two breakfasts we ordered with Ctrip were included, and we shared them with all three of us, which was nice. Thank you. The rest was pretty average!

The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable and well equipped. The staff is polite and welcoming and responds to the needs in a timely manner. The overall accommodation experience is very good, really recommend!

The service attitude of the hotel is very good. I went out on a business trip temporarily and didn’t bring clothes, but I sweated a lot during the day. I couldn’t get my laundry in the room at night. The hotel staff helped me take my washed silk clothes at the door and dry them for me. Come up, really feel very intimate, and the room is large, the lighting is very good!
