The hotel is very close to the airport and offers an airport shuttle service, with the earliest departure at 4:35 AM. The rooms are quite small. I booked two rooms, and one had noticeable water stains on the table that hadn't been wiped clean. Also, the bed sheets weren't very clean!

Excellent service from reception to the cleaning staff and airport transfer arrangements. We loved it, we'll definitely be back.

Rooms are quite small when compared to the price, but staff are super friendly. Breakfast is just definitely not worth the money at all. Hotel is pretty OK all around, food for business trips.

The facilities are a bit old, but the price performance is very high. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool, and the children are not happy enough. Parking is not very convenient, but breakfast is very good! The hotel is at a great location, and there are big brands nearby.

All aspects are very good, the location is not far from the palace, but I don't feel that the hotel has the style of ”the lord”, not so special. If you can stay for the location, if you want to experience a special hotel, this one is not very prominent.

The room and service are very good, the view outside the window is very good. The location is very good. Everyone is very satisfied with this reservation, the breakfast is also rich, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

The hotel is located at the intersection of Gran Vía and Plaza de España in the center of Madrid. The transportation is convenient. The bus station and tourist bus distribution center are relatively concentrated near the subway station. , No extra bed, you can live with children, parking lot is paid to park on the roads on both sides of the hotel entrance.

Such wonderful memories! The hotel's design is fantastic! It's a shame I only stayed for three days and had planned activities every day, so I didn't upgrade to The Level. Next time, I'd love to upgrade and just relax at the hotel. Overall, the service and facilities were excellent! 👍🏻

The hotel is located very close to the Palma Auditorium area. The most basic rooms are fine, but nothing special. In our opinion they would improve a lot if they had a kettle and some tea bags, a service that we have found in countless hotels of a much less category than this. It is only offered in the superior rooms. Another point that we did not like anything are the pillows, very tall and hard. The room was also not in very good condition. The roof had very visible humidity chas.  What we really liked was the friendliness of the staff, always ready to help you. We also liked the breakfast, which is quite complete. The gym is very good, as are the swimming pools and the sauna. As for the location there are supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops nearby. The center is about 20 minutes walk.

This was a quick trip but the hotel was very nice inside. The room was great for and us and very comfortable with great views over the harbour. There was construction works happening on the outside (front) but that didn’t really matter to us as we were only there for the weekend. The pool was a nice temperature on a hot day and although we couldn’t get a sunbed (arrived at the pool around lunch time) we had a lovely breakfast and the ice cold beer definitely helped us to relax. 

The nightlife around the hotel can be a little loud due to the number of sports/Irish bars near by and it made the walk home from the city interesting. However the atmosphere was good and we didn’t mind at all. If you had kids then it could be a little intimidating I would think.

We also checked in very late (after midnight) which wasn’t a problem at all and we got our room straight away

Overall we’d definitely consider staying here again.

It is a hotel converted from a private residence. In an alley in the city center, take a break from the noise. The service staff is very enthusiastic. There is a small roof, surrounded by houses, can't see the scenery, and of course I can't see the sea. The room is too small, the corridor is small, the elevator, lobby, and restaurant are small. There are few varieties of breakfast. The drying rack is very good, and the wet clothes are dried in an hour. The USB interface has 4 ports, 2 sockets, plus boiling water and 2 sockets for the computer can also be plugged in, and there are 4 sockets. There is a free spa, not going. In general, there is a large distance from the usual five-star standard.

Great location with Regent’s Park right next door. Transport is also convenient, about a 25 min bus ride to the London Eye. The hotel room was quite nice as well. However, if you’re travelling with luggage, do take note that the nearby metro station doesn’t have a lift, so you’ll have to carry your bags up the stairs!

Stayed for 3 night, wanted to change room, staff helped, but we did not change finally.

Location : 5 Stars - 2 mins from Gloucester Road Station.
Cleanness: Good and clean. 
Service: Staff are helpful.
Facilities:  The hotel is a very old historical building, and under refurbishment, sound of wall drilling started from 8-9 am. 
Our room is besides the back staircase, we had to get into a ”on-going” construction area to our room. We can clearly hear where the upstairs customers were and people walking through the stair case. The toilet is very small with shower cubicle, and have no where to place your stuff. The room structure are quite weird.

Price: not worth. I spent the same amount in Paris, I got a 4star hotel with branding and very nice location, service, and comparative new room!




All good! Great location for my needs and service was very good.

To be honest, I really enjoy staying there and the staffs there were very helpful. Just the building or my room was a bit old… but not old old, it was like British style old… I hope you get it… lol 

Anyway, I love the hotel and food there was great! Totally recommend.
