"Service is absolutely premium with the staff fully involved into the business and helping guests in a very professional and polite manner (we have arrived later past midnight). They provided a video and step by step directions 5/5 via whatsapp, ensure you give them a call beforehand if so. Amnesties are good, decoration is amazing (if you are into rustic, balcony/terrace has preview to the cable car 🚠 and is about 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. The time and distance is similar to get to the heart of the city (famous Black Church). For breakfast the selection is great and the staff will welcome you with a smile on their face, absolutely premium experience, cannot recommend more!"

"Overall satisfied. The location was right behind the Black Church, so there was nothing inconvenient. The facilities were tidy and the cleaning was excellent. The reception was the friendliest I experienced at any hotel in Romania. If I had to force myself to pick one complaint, it would be that there is no elevator on the 3rd floor? But it wasn't particularly inconvenient."
