"The service was fast , great breakfast ! Nice pool , toilet is so so with the white light but that’s pretty much the only thing that I didn’t like , a/c is a bit old I think"

[Gym] is my favorite place in this hotel. Check out and go for a day trip in the morning. You can take a bath here when you come back. Do n’t go wet and go on a boat. Cleanest place, spotless, fresh air! [One-day tour] A long-tail boat group tour was reported on the spot. They are all Europeans and Americans. All of them are strong and look like I am a schoolboy. 350 baht for a long time. Two people private charter 2,000 baht for three hours or four. "The size of the villas were moderately good. Resort location was the best, I’ll say - in one sentence, close to the town, far from the chaos. But what challenging was the room location. Ours was a deluxe villa and those villas include too much uphill walk to the room. And its very easy to get lost among the puzzling roads towards the villas. The decoration wasn’t anything extraordinary. Moderate decoration, oldish vibe, not modern. They could’ve done better with the washroom I think considering the price. The breakfast was nice. I loved the coffee machine the most about it. Made me good hot chocolate! The view from the resort was nice, even some rock formations was just infront to sit upon."

"You arrive a the pier where you meet be of of there representatives, then takes by long tales boat Down the coast where you get a shuttle bus up to the hotel, Room is cleaned daily to a high standard, breakfast is not the best, daily scrambled egg, cold fried eggs, poor quality bacon, processed cold sausage or sliced ham, also a small choice of Asian foods, Tea or coffee from a pot toast and cereal, There also a hour bus back to beach or outer town,  where you walk to many restaurants and shops, Free Shuttle buses stop at 21:00, after which you can order a shuttle bus at 300 baht per room"

"We had a decent stay at this hotel. It seems to have been a 4* when it opened but I would say that it is pushing it to even rate it a 3. I want to mention first that the hotel is only accessible by boat and we had to get the ferry to the island and then haggle a 30 minute long tail boat. This cost us an extra 1400 baht, a price we didn’t know about when booking. The hotel rooms themselves are lovely and it has great pools and beach access is a bonus. The shuttle bus to the rooms and back is also great and the drivers were all very friendly. However, the staff did loose my rucksack on the last day. It turned out that staff had taken it to the ferry checkpoint but no one else who worked here were aware of that. The restaurant for the hotel in the afternoon/evening was also very poor. It was one of the only options around, due to this area being very secluded. The restaurant prices were very expensive and the food was awful, this definitely gave at least one member of our group food poisoning. The breakfast restaurant is quite good and has a decent buffet selection. The beach access was great, however the private beach was only accessible for a few hours a day due to tides. We went out at 8am and had to leave by 11am. Having said this, there is a longer beach which is always accessible next to the hotel. Overall we had an ok stay, but we expected a lot more from a 4* resort and were disappointed. Do not eat at the restaurant. We would have personally stayed in central phi phi had we known the layout of the island prior to booking."

"I'd stayed in Phi Phi North before, but this time I chose Koh Phi Phi Don. The resort is super easy to get to, just a 3-minute walk to the left from the pier. It's a massive resort, and the two cats at the front desk were so gentle and cute! From the comfort of your bed, you're treated to an unbeatable ocean view! Breakfast was incredibly varied and even included plain congee. The pool offers stunning views of Long Beach. It's easy to book longtail boat tours for island hopping right outside the resort. The main street has self-service laundry facilities and a plethora of dining options, plus the 7-Eleven here surprisingly boasts a wider variety of items than those in Bangkok! You can also go scuba diving, and even seniors in their 70s can hike up to Viewpoint 2 for breathtaking panoramic views!"

"This hotel is quite isolated, nestled away on a secluded part of the island, making it ideal for truly unwinding and enjoying some peace. It boasts a private beach where snorkeling gear is available to borrow free of charge. A quick heads-up: watch out for very large sea urchins, so water shoes are a must if you plan to swim. Given its remote location, be aware that dining options are limited to the hotel's restaurant, unless you're prepared to travel back to the harbor. While you can book excursions through the hotel, you'll need a minimum of four people, or you'll have to book a pricier private tour. The food was good. Breakfast offers a choice of three very substantial dishes. The hotel staff were very friendly, and daily room service was a plus. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and relax on a beautiful beach, though I wouldn't suggest staying for more than 5 days."

"Nice, clean hotel. Stayed for 10 days. Cleaning is regular. The room has everything you need, air conditioning, kettle, TV, hot water, shampoo, toothbrushes and paste, only the bed is very hard, wanted to change the room, but all were occupied. The staff is friendly. Breakfasts are good, took American. The place is quiet, but every morning at 5 o'clock a mule howls loudly some prayer and prevents you from sleeping. The island itself is just a piece of paradise. I recommend it to everyone."

"We selected a waterfront room and it was wonderful. We loved the room and the views. However, we found very uncomfortable that upon arrival there was a topless woman with her boobs out which is really bad for a couple to have that view when looking at the beach - so maybe, since it is a small beach that’s part of the resort, topless or nudity should not be allowed. The service was also impeccable as well as the food. Our tip: place a bucket in front of the front door so we can fill it with water to clean our feet from the beach sand before entering the room. Our room was always full of sand inside. Another long term change that could be considered is the mattress quality - it is quite hard and not so comfortable. Otherwise, everything in this hotel was perfect: food, room, service, super calm, cleanliness, etc. My husband and I would surely come back!"
