"One of the best accommodation in Thai during our 1 month trip. We had some doubts after reading reviews and booked only 1 night initially but ended up staying for 3 nights there. Everything was perfect, stuff was super friendly and helpful, location on top of the hill and shuttle was always on point so you can fully enjoy the island. I am not sure about condition of water slides but when you have an ocean just 5 minutes away it is not a biggie tbh"

"The hotel room was clean and well decorated. The hotel staff were also friendly. I got the room 2 hours before than the regular check in time. Breakfast options are too limited. No pick up and drop service from/to the ferry. The location was good considering quiet surrounding and near by mosque."

"The hotel's location is excellent, and we really appreciate the team's effort in arranging a room with a nice view. However, they were very strict—each time we left the room, they asked us to leave the room key at the front desk. Having to put in extra effort for this was quite frustrating. The hotel staff did help us with our luggage. We requested an extra hour for check-out, but they didn’t approve it. It's fair to say they were rather unaccommodating. Also, there has been a landslide on the road behind the hotel. It’s an unfortunate situation for the hotel, and you might prefer not to stay there for your own safety. Also, we didn’t like the coffee and tea."

"The location is just perfect, the resort sits right on the beach, sun loungers were available and the restaurant overlooked the beach and sea.our room was partial sea view also with garden views which were stunning,we were quite high up so it could be a bit of hike for some tho a buggy is available.we had a large balcony which was nice to relax on and take in the stunning views, the paintwork could do with a re-fresh as it had peeled due to the sun.the breakfast was pretty good, although there wasn’t any hot Thai vegetarian dishes but still plenty of choices.the staff were really friendly and efficient,we asked at reception one evening for extra coffee and it was at our room before we were!I would happily stay here again,if there was one thing to be improved I would say they need more vegetarian choices in the restaurant & at breakfast.but otherwise a lovely peaceful stay away from the bustle of phi phi."

"Our stay at Bayview was fine for the 3 days…we were hardly at our room though.
The location is fabulous- close enough to walk to the hustle and bustle of restaurants, the pier and entertainment. If you have little children the walk could be lengthy.. but was fine for us. It is the last resort before the famous Long Beach so there is a lot of foot traffic to Long Beach each day in the peak season.
We stayed in a garden view room at peak time, it was okay.. but the room smelt musty, there was cockroaches in the bathroom and the shower didn’t really work. The resort also fumigates each room daily because of the bugs and insects- all these chemicals are not good for us ( in my opinion) and the resort should forewarn travellers or improve their facilities instead of spraying chemicals every day. The room had TV and YouTube and good but noisy AC. Bring your own beach towel if you can. The resort makes you check in and check out beach towels, but they were more like rags in my opinion with rips and tears.
If your mobility is challenged this is not the resort for you. The resort is quite spread out. There is steep, steep paths and steps to most rooms and only the very few front rooms do not require such effort to get to your accommodation. I’d recommend stating this on your booking or confirming with the resort before you book if you don’t want to be hiking up to your room each day.
Overall, a bearable place to stay for 3 days as we were mostly out each day but the resort could do with a major upgrade and improvements to its facilities."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. The location is perfect — right in front of the beach and conveniently near a 7-Eleven. We had a great time at the pool, and the staff were very friendly. The room was a bit old and the bed was quite hard, but overall, I loved the hotel. Thank you so much for giving us such good memories! 💗"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was a service we didn’t even know existed: upon arriving at the port in Phi Phi, we were pleasantly surprised to find staff waiting to help with luggage and guide us to the hotel. It made the arrival so much smoother, especially in the heat and crowds.
The luggage service was incredibly efficient and thoughtful — we didn’t have to worry about dragging our bags through the busy streets. It was such a great first impression and really set the tone for the rest of our stay.
The hotel itself was lovely, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again — and now we’ll definitely be telling others to look out for that port-side welcome!"

"were very happy with this accommodation. It is not a large resort, but it is set in a garden with a swimming pool hidden at the back, which provides a lot of privacy. The hotel also has a restaurant with a direct sea view, and the beach is located just across the road, right in front of the resort. They provide beach towels, the rooms were always very well cleaned and spotless, and the staff were kind and helpful. Luggage storage is available both on arrival and departure days. All rooms have a private balcony, so I would highly recommend this place to solo travelers or anyone looking for peace and quiet away from large, busy resorts"

"The hotel is nice, very clean with a good location and very good facilities, it has two pools and one is located at the rooftop with very nice views. The only bad thing was on the breakfast buffet were the cooker refuse to prepare scrambled eggs with fresh eggs, he insisted in a rude way that the mix for the omelette made with milk, salt and butter was the same as fresh eggs. I have to complain with two manager just to have a simple breakfast. To be honest it was a very bad service, a very bad experience and that guy just ruined the mood for the whole day, I will definitely not recommend this hotel if you don’t want that someone just ruin your experience by being rude and impolite"

"Our room was on the first floor, with only a glass door for privacy, but luckily it was quiet with not many people around. We chose to stay on the island for two nights so we could easily head out to sea the next day. The hotel is super close to the pier, only about a 5-minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, but you'll need to walk a bit further to find a 7-Eleven. The hotel has a pool; it's not huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The breakfast was decent; the fried rice and fried noodles were delicious. The fried noodles were actually the best I've had during my entire trip to Thailand! Too bad the breakfast menu changes daily. The room wasn't very big, and the water from both the sink and shower was seawater—the quality wasn't great, it was really yellow and salty. Definitely bring your own shower filter!"

Great
GGuest UserThe facility was great and it was beautiful and it did offer a number of amenities but I will be honest the service wasn’t the greatest. I felt as if as a paying customer I was constantly being treated like I was a burden for asking for things like “extending my say” I don’t want to generalize and say it was all the workers there was a man named “Chan” who had a very passive aggressive attitude with me and other people there. I understand that it’s a 5 star resort and it is on the pricier side but it constantly felt like they were also trying to capitalize on the necessities you’ll need because it is on an isolated island. (Word of advice go to the local village for things like pharmacy needs, cosmetic and booking boats and excursions it’s 10 times cheaper.) At the resort they will do things like charge nearly 30$ for a bottle of sunscreen at the gift shop because they know you’ll need it. Going back to this I tried to extend my stay with them and Chan told me I was going to have to pay double the original price if I wanted to stay another night I quickly went online and saw that it was half the price that he quoted and just immediately felt quite put off and like he was doing whatever possible to milk us financially when we are already being generous and willing customers. I was in a group of four people and everyone in my group had stomach issues after eating at the breakfast buffet so that was a problem as well. We were also not told that on the resort is a mosque and you will be woken up to the call of prayer frequently. I have no problem with people exercising there religious traditions I would just like a forewarning about being woken at 5AM to hear the it.
Aaguayo_mariaThe hotel is beautiful, in front of the ocean, nice rooms (though small), nice restaurant, friendly staff, pool is great too. But acustics are an issue in the hotel, the beautiful bamboo huts are zero sound proof you can hear your neighborgs breathing, and that wouldn’t be so bad if the extra loud cheap trance music from the bars nearby didn’t come in feeling like it’s in your room and accounting for terrible sleep. this was specially worse for me as I had a room with pool/sea view at row 1 and sound just went in there, I asked to change rooms and they did and at row 5 i had a much better sleep. It’s sad because this is not the hotel’s fault but municipality should really do something about the bars, it really messes the entire Phi Phi paradise experience.

GGuest UserWe had a small familiy reunion, and stayed at The Cove for 4 nights. We enjoyed it. The beach is lovely and right there. You can swim and snorkel any time of the day.
The cabins are cute and have a small kettle and fridge.
They have good food which is not too expensive and their service is alright, they changed our room with no issues and fixed things when we had issues.
They have boat trips which we enjoyed that leave from the resort. There is a hike from the resort to the main pier and has amazing views, but it is toughz
Overall we all had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for a relaxing getaway with no rush.
GGuest UserA lovely hotel on a beautiful and very quiet part of Phi Phi. If you are looking for somewhere to totally unwind, a romantic holiday or somewhere quiet for the family then this is for you!
It's away from the main nightlife of Phi Phi and there are no taxis only taxi boats. I don't think they would go at night.
There was some very quiet and gentle musical entertainment most nights.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is located in the northern part of Koh Phi Phi, which isn't connected to the south. I didn't realize this when I booked. The south has markets, 7-Eleven, bars, shops, and more, while here there are only two small shops and the hotel's own bar. Dining options in the north are sparse and very expensive, with meals starting at 1000 baht. There's practically no nightlife here, just two resorts.
The hotel is quite old, and it's almost always fully booked with foreign guests. Transportation within the hotel is very inconvenient. We stayed on a hillside, and the hotel's shuttle service was pretty much non-existent; several times we waited over 10 minutes with no sign of it. We ended up walking to breakfast and the lobby every time.
There were a lot of mosquitoes in the lobby at night. We couldn't book a massage here either and had to go to the neighboring hotel, where prices ranged from 600-1000 baht. The hotel does have a snorkeling area, but I recommend buying water shoes as it's quite shallow and easy to get scrapes.
The upsides are that it's quiet and the views are nice. Breakfast was also delicious. We rented a longtail boat from the hotel for 1800 baht, which took us to four spots over 4 hours. It was a lot of fun. Our last stop was Tonsai Pier, where we spent about an hour and a half. That was an unexpected joy because we finally got to eat different food. The popular mango dessert shop recommended on Xiaohongshu was really good.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel has mixed reviews . I stayed there at the end of August and I’d say it’s not too bad or that different from nearby hotels . The hotel is right by Long Beach beach , they have a small pool by the entrance. They have a restaurant and a bar just next door. The room was nice and big the only downside was the shower , it was old and rusty but quite clean . I think they just need to do a few renovations. It wasn’t loud pretty peaceful and the breakfast on the second day was nice too. The staff is very very nice and always ready to help you with anything. They sent a water taxi to bring me to the hotel from the pier and take me back after I checked out. They also helped me book my speedboat to Phuket. Honestly the only bad thing is that it’s a bit old. The bathroom needs serious help . No bad smells and only saw one single gecko the whole time I was there . I’d probably stay there again when I have a travel buddy .

The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost .
She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip.
Staff is very friendly too.
